Pretty easy to use even for a first timer. The area is very clean and they even provide change if you need. Will definitely will come back!

Used it a few times, all good going. Went tonight and decided to try the automatic and bought the best package. It started, then after soaping up my car it stopped and never started again. Down $14. Pulled back around to the self serve to get the soap off, put in 6 bucks and the pressure washer had a hole in it rendering it essentially useless. Left me soaking wet with a dirty soapy car. read more

The best self car wash Ive been to in the area. Super Strong vacuums and way more soap, wax etc than Splash and Dash. They are constantly cleaning the property and it is well maintained. read more

Great carwash. I only selected the $8 wash, but it did a great job on our vehicle which had logged 1,400 miles on highways with bugs since it's last carwash. It cleaned all the dead bugs from the front grill and windshield. I had some difficulty with the carwash and the manager came out and helped me. He was very pleasant and reimbursed me for the first carwash that I messed up. I would recommend the touches which is what I used. read more

You can purchase a subscription... but you'll spend hours waiting in line to use it. I think they sold more than they can handle. And now it's a waste of money. I've gone 3 days in a row and each time there were more than 5 cars in line. read more

Touchless car wash has decent features. With no drying at $11 I don't think it is worth it. Called owner same day to see if drying equipment wasn't working. Got a call next day, couldn't pickup and no voicemail. Sounds like they don't care if service is poor. Was hoping they will make the poor service right. Not out here. read more

This was a great place to get my car washed after 4 days on Dusty Texas New Mexico Arizona roads I did the auto wash where this giant machine comes back and forth across the car did a great job since I had every bug in the world on the front of my car since I do 80 to 90 miles an hour no matter where I'm going anything less than that the bugs bounced off but in this case they splattered read more

I don't like going to car washes with brushes or anything else mechanical that touches my truck. I do like Castlebay automatic washes. There's good pressure and it tends to get most dirt off. Naturally, all of the road grime can't be washed nearly as well as the gold ole fashioned hand washing in my driveway. The only criticism I have is the dryer. Before the mechanical sprayer finishes, the dryers kick-in with 45 seconds on the clock. If you're not paying attention and wait for the sprayer machine to stop, it's more like 30 seconds by the time you start going through it. I'm used to other places which usually have a full 60 seconds and don't start until after you have the light to proceed. For an $8, it's kind of a cheat in my opinion. If you don't mind brushes going over your paint job leaving scratches, Boomerang costs about the same and does a better job drying for the price. So there's a little better value there. That's why it gets 3 stars in my book. read more

I really needed a touchless car wash and I found it. I signed up for the Everwash app with a monthly price. The first time through the wash sprayed my under carriage, sprayed soap all over my car, and told me to exit slowly...I was like what?! I called the number on the app. It took 3 minutes to get a person on the line. She was polite and wonderful. She had me go back in and she activated the wash. I got my wash. Yeah! It was great to have my issue remedied so fast. I have been going almost daily for almost 2 weeks now and have had no more issues and love getting quick washes whenever I want. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because there has been a couple times the wash was closed with no time frame. Otherwise, I totally like this car wash. read more

I have upgraded my stars from 3 to 4 due to the fact that this place has kept up with maintenance and necessary repairs. Other carwashes in general do not seem to do the same. read more

RIPPED OFF!!! All signs advertise $1.25 wash but I had to put in $2.50 to get it started. Says a quarter for extended time but I had to put in .50 cents and it only gave me an extra 20 seconds. When I turned on the "rinse" cycle the water went down to a stream like it was coming out of a squirt gun. I had to go home and wash all the soap off in my driveway. These guys should be reported to the BBB. read more

One of the bays took all of my quarters ($2.00) and when I tried to begin washing my car it didn't work. No sign was posted to inform people the bay was not working (I warned another 3 cars away from the bay). I had to switch bays and begin washing again ($3.25). I called the number listed there at the bay to have no one answer. So I left a voice mail politely informing them of the situation and requesting a call back for some sort of reimbursement. They never called back. I rarely do these kind of posts, but the customer service was incredibly bad. read more
