I first off want to say that I am a straight man who is very gay friendly. After she checked me in and I was about to drive away I told her happy pride month. When I entered the car wash the two young gentlemen who were spraying in the front of the car had seen me previously and before they ever started spraying the front of my vehicle I rode down my window and gave them $4, which was $2 for each one of them. They were very kind and very appreciative of the tip. They did an excellent job spring the front of my vehicle. Everything was perfectly fine at that point. As I went through the car wash, The pink and purple foam that comes out and sprays your car never came out and the rotator that comes down and touches the top of your car and then goes over the windshield and takes care of the top never touched the top of my car only halfway up my windshield. When I got to the end of the car wash I immediately told the guy that dries The car that the car wash did not act correctly and to go back around to the front and go through again. So I did exactly what he said. I drove up to the cross bar that lets you in and talk to her. Like I said in the very beginning she was very nice. When I went back the second time explain to her what had happened she was extremely rude. I explained to her that my car had not been washed properly as it had been before. At this point her attitude had totally changed with me and she was very nasty and not helpful at all. She told me " your car looks fine to me " and refused to run my car through again which was a brand new BMW X2 and the card I had gotten was from the BMW of Northwest Arkansas dealership after I had taken it in on a warranty for the first time since I had owned it. After she refused to run my car through again for a proper wash, I gave her another card for a free wash from BMW of Northwest Arkansas and she put the code in. I had already tipped the first two guys that were spraying the front, and they were very very kind! And told me " we are very sorry sir that your car was not cleaned properly the first time. We hope it is taken care of this time ". So I ran the car through again and the same thing happened again. No pink and purple foam was applied and the roller that comes down on the front of the car never touched the hood of my car, just barely touched the top of my windshield and did go over the top of the car, but never touch the hood. There were still cat prints on the hood and there were still bug splatters on the windshield. So when I got through for the second time, I told the guys that were drying the car off, and one of them was the manager of the day, that the car wash did not clean my car properly for the second time through and I was forced to give a second passcode to get the wash. He told me " your car got the wash that was intended and no mistake was made. "I had money laying on my seat to tip the guys that do the dry off at the end. I looked at the manager of the day and told him are you serious? And he said Yes you have gotten the car wash that you paid for. I told him that I did not need him to dry off my car and said many expletives to both of them and never tipped either of them. When I drove off and got back on 62 headed toward you with a Springs where I live, I called BMW of Northwest Arkansas and explain to them what the situation was. They told me that they were very sorry for what happened and that it would go to the manager of the BMW of Northwest Arkansas complex and he would address the situation. In my honest opinion, as a straight man, I feel like that there was homophobia present in this situation when I went through the second time, because the first time at the very end of the conversation with the very friendly lady, and her total change of attitude the second time I went through, was drastically changed after I told her " happy pride month " then it was from the first time I went through. This situation has been reported to the manager, Jonathan at BMW of Northwest Arkansas. I have the confidence in him that this will be immediately addressed by him. Homophobia is a real thing! I also believe that she was obviously an extreme right-winger. I do believe that this was politically motivated. In business this should never ever happen. Will I ever go through that car wash again? Of course I will, because I do believe that this will be addressed by Jonathan, the manager of BMW Northwest Arkansas. In my honest opinion, this is not acceptable behavior! I have never been so appalled by some homophobic idiot, obviously, tRumper! Please remember that he loves the uneducated and most of them are his undivided supporters. I will not tolerate this kind of hatred and bigotry that is so prevalent in our society today. Personally, this is a very sad post that I am having to make at this point. I hope this post of the prevalence

I hate leaving bad reviews. As someone who genuinely enjoys leaving great reviews for businesses…read morewherever I go, I always try to give companies a second chance or resolve things privately before going this route. Unfortunately, in this situation, I do feel like sharing my experience is necessary. I have been a loyal customer at the Club Car Wash location on Walton in Bentonville for several years and have never had a single issue until October 8. In the middle of the wash, my car suddenly moved backward slightly, then forward, repeated the motion again, and then jolted hard and stopped. Immediately after that, everything in the wash shut down. My car was in neutral the entire time, hands off the wheel, foot off the brake, exactly as I always do. Because of how close the cars are in the tunnel, the truck behind me rolled forward and bumped into my vehicle. One of the attendants came to my window right after it happened and asked if I had touched anything or if my car was still in neutral. I told him no and showed him that it was. He confirmed it and told me he would restart the wash. When everything powered back on, I pulled forward to vacuum, and the driver behind me told me that he had hit my car. We did not exchange information, but he mentioned that his wife was currently going through a claims process with the same company at a different location for a separate issue with her vehicle. The attendants said their company had just switched to a brand new insurance or claims process that same day. They took my insurance information and the information from the other driver and said I would be receiving something from their insurance team soon. About an hour after I left, I received an email saying my incident was under review and that someone would follow up with me. A couple of days later, I received another email saying that I was at fault and that they would not be helping me. I responded and explained that I was absolutely not at fault and asked them to preserve the video and provide a better explanation. I never received a response. Later, I went ahead and called the car wash myself. The automated system routed me to a claims specialist. She told me she received permission to send me the footage and then suggested on the phone that maybe my tire went off track or that I did something to the vehicle. I did not touch anything, and the footage does not show any driver error. It shows my car trying to move forward but not being able to, almost like it could not make it through the brush area. The movement is forward then back then forward again, and then it abruptly stops. The truck behind me continues moving forward the entire time, which strongly points to a system or track issue, not something I caused. What makes this even more concerning is that the wife of the driver behind me later found my post online and told me that the car wash told them they could not help them either and that they needed to contact me directly, even though we never exchanged information that day. I understand the normal risks of cosmetic damage at a car wash, but this was a mechanical failure inside the tunnel that involved more than one vehicle. The way the situation was handled and the lack of communication afterward has been extremely disappointing. I have always followed their instructions exactly and expected the company to handle this professionally. I unfortunately canceled my membership, which is a bummer because the Walton location was very convenient for me. I switched to Glide Express Car Wash because they have actual spacing rules for how far apart cars must be when going through the tunnel. It was refreshing to see that, because at Club Car Wash they pack cars in almost bumper to bumper. I do not recommend this car wash anymore, not because the wash itself is bad, but because it is clear that if something happens that is not your fault, you will be held one hundred percent responsible for it. I am now taking action and will be fighting for this to be resolved. I am not letting this go.

I believe this is because they want to force you to talk to a person so they can sell or upgrade memberships. This morning I had to wait about 10 minutes behind a vehicle while an attendant or manager signed him up for a new membership and was clearly answering a lot of questions. He helped the guy put a sticker inside his windshield. I use an app, not a sticker, but anyway?? I asked why the other two lanes were closed. They're often closed. He said they were both broken and waiting on parts. 1) If they're broken fix them ASAP. You're a state of the art modern car wash 2) If they're really not broken and you're just forcing cars to wait and talk to you stop!!! I often stop by shortly after 8 on the way to work. I do t have time to wait behind cars when the car wash is empty. And I never have the time or patience to wait in line while someone is sold a membership while there's no cars inside the wash. Bad! Very bad!

The roller failed to raise up high enough and dented my roof as it continued to move me through the wash without immediately stopping. It then proceeded to rip my roof rack off AFTER the roller made contact and dented my roof. The roller made contact with my roof before it hit the roof rack. They are attempting to blame this on the rack but that is not the case. The car wash attendant should have stopped me from entering the wash IF the rack on my Jeep had a potential to cause an issue. Simply posting some notice at the site is not an effective method. The employees should be trained to avoid these potential situations. I have been to this location in the past with no issues and nothing has changed on my vehicle. The top roller of the car wash failed to raise up to a proper level and slammed into my roof.
