Diamonds are shiny these people are slimy! Recommend a name change like Carbon Waste and Excuses! Trash week after week not picked up but when they did come it was st 2 or 3 AM! Nice to get complaints from the NEIGHBORHOOD HOA! Service has been canceled since Oct 2018 yet my credit card Is still being charged! Can't get them to return a call or issue credits to my card! If I could rate zero stars I would horrible company I had to wait 4 days past trash pick up to finally have SOME of my trash removed they left recycling and trash both here. the secretary got an attitude with my husband today on phone because I told him to tell them he had to go today because we are having a picnic at my house and would rather not have trash here. My family has used this company for many years so when I recently inherited my fathers house I thought I should use the same place my family used....guess I was wrong I have canceled my service and I will be going with a company that actually cares about their customers and their reputation it's very sad to say the least and yes my trash was put out Sunday night by 9pm before anyone asks all the Manager who came down to pick up the trash the incapable pick up people couldn't seem to handle is your husband knows because he worked for another local trash service and yes my husband does know that cardboard is recycling which is a service provided and paid for through this business.....we had to call every day for the last 4 days and each time we were promised EVERYDAY that they would be down to pick it up...to only be treated with this much disrespect whatever happen to good business ethics? We've had diamond waste disposal for over 3 years and our rate has not gone up at all! We save hundreds of dollars a year because we switched to them! They take whatever I put out and always put my recycle bin and trash can back nicely! I wish I made the switch sooner and I recommend this company to anyone who is looking to save money and get better service! I moved in on Friday without a real idea of how private trash works in the new neighborhood. My neighbor referred me to Diamond and I called on Monday (trash pick up day) asking for a quote and wanted to start service. That process went very smoothly and the icing on the cake plus the cherry on top is when they didn't make me wait an extra week to pick up ALL of my moving trash. Even though they had already serviced the area the reps came back and picked up every single item and didn't leave a bit of residue behind. Just amazing service!!!! read more

I called, left a message for them to call. No call. Called the next day and said we were interested in renting a dumpster. Office personnel said she would check on availability and call us back. Six days later and we still have not heard from them. The poor office help is costing them business. We called Eagle Disposal and within two days they delivered the dumpster. read more

Began using Diamond 5 years ago I was happy to use a small family owned independent trash hauler. First issue was several months ago when trash wasn't picked up. After several calls I found out my bill was overdue ( I have automatic payment from my credit card) no call no letter just stopped picking it up. Found out it was an issue with their 3rd party billing. 1 month ago trash not picked up after several calls and promises to take care of it trash was picked up 3 days later but recycles left. The following no pickup again. They promised to be out that day again they never showed up. When you do get through there are kids screaming in the background and other non business noise you need to repeat things several times. This is no way to run a business. I called and canceled service and asked for a refund(which I know I won't see). I had left my trash out for the new company and Diamond randomly picked it up first. Having your trash picked up should not be a hassle. Switched to Whitetail for $8 less a month. read more
