They changed our service day (where they neglected to pick up recycling for 2 weeks) so although long overdue, we finally canceled our service within the window required. I took our credit card off of autopay months prior and we were still charged for the following quarter after canceling. After multiple phone calls where no one has been of help, we are still awaiting this refund, but as you can see, they are not refunding us the full amount. My advice if you use this company and pay on autopay, remove your card and wait for the paper bill.... then cancel.
