I recently decided to redo my bathroom and when my current contractor went into the crawlspace to look at things he noticed that the main pipe (the one that was replaced) had a crack in it and someone tried to put some kind of putty or whatever to cover it up or try to seal it (no one has done work on my toilet since then). I've unknowingly had a small leak down there for years due to this crack! I looked through my receipts (yes, I save everything related to my house) to see who the plumbing company was and it was PAE Plumbing. Gee, thanks for charging me hundreds of dollars and not fixing the pipe that you cracked! What a disgrace of a company for not correcting your mistake! I learned my lesson--- I need pictures of all finished work especially in the crawlspace. I'd give you -20 if I could.

The only reason they're getting four stars (or maybe 3¾...not sure how to rate this) is that somebody wasn't quite paying attention and hooked up the wrong water lines to the wrong handles. If it was more frequently used, I'd probably give them a lower rating, but that tub has always filled so slowly that it's long been delegated to "utility" status (i.e. used for filling humidifiers and that sort of thing)--we didn't even notice the problem for a month! Kind of hard to fault them for such a little problem!

Way over charged on thawing frozen pipes on a Mobile Home. Charged $189.00 just to come out. It was very cold out but you don't call for frozen pipes when it's warm. I feel they took advantage of the situation and of someone that had no idea what all it entailed. The company came to my home and in less than 15 mins fixed the plastic hose they installed less than a year ago. No receipt provided, I requested I was home when the tech made the repairs. That was also ignored. $160.00 later with multiple calls to an owner who ignores phone calls. The owner of this company has no integrity and doesn't stand by their installation instructions. Real good at taking your money and that's about it.
