The parents and other girls in my daughter's class are so welcoming and there is such a positive, family atmosphere. My daughter has learned more in the past few months than she has in the past two years of gymnastics. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great balance of strength, flexibility, and skills. He approaches his class and her with flexibility, letting her lead at times, and she absolutely adores him and is cooperative with him in a way I can hardly believe. His class is so different from other toddler classes we have attended because he also does tons of one-on-one manipulation of her body, getting her used to the motions involved in tumbling and bars and other aspects of gymnastics. I can't believe how much she has learned in just a couple months. Also, I can't help but admire Coach Andrew as a human. It's apparent how proud he is of the older girls he coaches, and my mom heart is so touched listening to him talk about his focus on building confidence in girls. My daughter Loved it and asked numerous times if they had called me, to give me information on the lever she was rated at according to how she did in her Trial class. I will be calling other places. Yesterday, TRC had their grand opening for the brand new extension they added to the 15 years old…read morerecreation center. I had a chance to explore the lobby, reception area, game, pool table, two spacious multipurpose rooms and a lively indoor fitness area. Vendors, city employees were a enthusiastic in welcoming all who came to check this new addition. This 11,000 foot structure is brand new and officially opens tomorrow. Yesterday people of all ages, kids, parents and seniors were playing pool, crafts doing crafts in the multi purpose rooms and pickle ball was being enjoyed in the fitness room. I was told that kickboxing and yoga classes will be in this room in the future. A senior center comes to my mind when I'm told that people of the age of 55+ are welcomed M-F 8-5 pm and other hours will be open to programs for all ages. This is a benefit for the city of Chandler. The growing population of the older generation calls for more facilities than the Senior Center in downtown Chandler. It is nice to see the city respond to this!

I immediately felt comfortable during first visit, like part of a family and I knew my kids were…read moresafe with coaches(started 2 years ago?)Coaches are young/fun/active but still respectful and responsible. Rarely if ever do I see coaches on cell phones. Staff/coaches look out for all kids even if not a kid in their class. All coaches seem to love the kids and what they do. They are also willing to share their time/knowledge about other coaches or classes not just their own. My kids love Coach Marcus and Coach Peyton, great energy/examples for kids. I'm always entertained by these big guys (coaches) working with small/sometimes tiny kids, gentle but still teaching them how to have fun safely. Love that Coach Marcus doesn't let my older child slide, within a group of different sized kids/skills, he still knows exactly what he is capable of, challenges him and will teach him how to do something specific 1 on 1. Both Peyton and Marcus don't seem to mind/are entertained when either of my kids takes a moment to dance or be goofy in middle of class. Dakota (program manager)is always floating around the gym, helping out in a class, teaching a class or helping a kid master a skill-he singled out my oldest recently to help 1 on 1. And he has worked with my youngest son as well. BHe seems to know or is familiar with all the kids across various classes- ninja and gymnastics, calls them by name and encourages or teaches them as he walks by. All the staff truly cares about all the kids in the gym whether in their class or not. Front gals (Kaitlyn & others)are always friendly/helpful. Kayla (manager )seems to do it all- with patience and a smile. Always Amazing Energy packed music that provides me with energy too. Management must good to their staff because they all seem to love the job/kids and stay- no constant turnover like you see other places. My child had his birthday party here and we attended two birthdays here as well. Affordable, relaxed atmosphere, all the kids 7 year olds plus their younger siblings loved it!
