His class is so different from other toddler classes we have attended because he also does tons of one-on-one manipulation of her body, getting her used to the motions involved in tumbling and bars and other aspects of gymnastics. I can't believe how much she has learned in just a couple months. Also, I can't help but admire Coach Andrew as a human. It's apparent how proud he is of the older girls he coaches, and my mom heart is so touched listening to him talk about his focus on building confidence in girls. I was a little surprised at some of the negative reviews. I suppose I would agree that this gym doesn't offer the "sparkle" that you could find somewhere else and there is not always someone at the desk to an, but you won't find a better coach! Guardians are not charged and not required to wear grippy socks. They have a lot of different attractions such as The Floor is Lava obstacle course, huge ball pit with an interactive play screen, large play structures with multiple slides, basketball court with many hoops of variable heights, a giant ground air trampoline, tube slide, food and drinks for purchase, quiet private pods (for nursing, phone calls, etc) and even a peripheral track for adults to walk around and get exercise. My kiddo thought everything was super fun and he had a total blast. One thing I did notice the entire 2 hours we were there, was zero attendants monitoring the play structures. My kiddo was told by other kiddos that he could not go on the tube slide which definitely wasn't true because he was old enough according to the age requirement. Meanwhile, the same kids were both riding in the same tube, which is not allowed according to the same sign. I was wondering where their parents were. Also, the interactive screen in the ball pit had a lot of technical difficulties. It would not consistently respond to the balls hitting the targets or even a hand hitting the targets. So definitely a few areas of improvement needed, but overall, we had a really great time!

Rarely if ever do I see coaches on cell phones. Staff/coaches look out for all kids even if not a kid in their class. All coaches seem to love the kids and what they do. They are also willing to share their time/knowledge about other coaches or classes not just their own. My kids love Coach Marcus and Coach Peyton, great energy/examples for kids. I'm always entertained by these big guys (coaches) working with small/sometimes tiny kids, gentle but still teaching them how to have fun safely. Love that Coach Marcus doesn't let my older child slide, within a group of different sized kids/skills, he still knows exactly what he is capable of, challenges him and will teach him how to do something specific 1 on 1. Both Peyton and Marcus don't seem to mind/are entertained when either of my kids takes a moment to dance or be goofy in middle of class. Dakota (program manager)is always floating around the gym, helping out in a class, teaching a class or helping a kid master a skill-he singled out my oldest recently to help 1 on 1. And he has worked with my youngest son as well. BHe seems to know or is familiar with all the kids across various classes- ninja and gymnastics, calls them by name and encourages or teaches them as he walks by. All the staff truly cares about all the kids in the gym whether in their class or not. Front gals (Kaitlyn & others)are always friendly/helpful. Kayla (manager )seems to do it all- with patience and a smile. Always Amazing Energy packed music that provides me with energy too. Management must good to their staff because they all seem to love the job/kids and stay- no constant turnover like you see other places. The Learning Experience is a quality preschool. I can only speak about the one in Morrison Ranch…read morethough. They actually do their curriculum everyday. The Teachers do their very best everyday and believe it or not, if the day didn't go perfect, they care and strive to do better the next day. These are Teachers that actually love the children and their job. The owners are there all the time checking on the building, making sure everyone has what they need to make everything go as smooth as possible. I just want parents to know that they are people and are not perfect and it is a very hard job but the difference is that they care.
