There's only one technician, and it's clear they're overwhelmed, but that still doesn't justify how rude and unprofessional the phone staff are. When I expressed my understandable frustration over yet another cancellation, they actually told me I was "not being respectful." Really? What happened to listening to your customers and understanding their point of view? It's clear they don't care about their customers at all--no accountability, no apology, just defensiveness and attitude. I later checked their reviews (wish I had done it sooner) and saw nothing but 1-star ratings. It's honestly no surprise.
