Their website is very good and allowed me to upload my designs and easily specify where I needed holes tapped. Any warnings or blockers were well communicated and this allowed me to get exactly what I needed. Parts arrived quickly and were cut and bent exactly as specified. One of the two brackets I received had minor rough edges (which I didn't pay for deburring) and the other was perfect. Here is where I must note that I only ordered one of these. They sent me two. And this is a theme. I ordered 1x of another part, which also came out perfect, and got 3x. 6x of the final part I ordered and I got 7x. Keep in mind these were all small parts, but OSH Cut did NOT need to send me extras. If it's part of their process to cut extras in case something goes wrong, they could have easily recycled the extras and pocketed the scrap cost. But no, they sent them to me. If I ever need them, I have them. For free. I am also very happy that my designs turned out perfectly the first time, but had they not, that wouldn't have been on OSH Cut. They followed the designs to a tee. So yeah, I'm very happy and I will not hesitate to work with OSH Cut again should I need metal parts fabricated. I highly recommend them!

They manufacture their own covers. This does mean it takes a little longer to get them installed, but it also means they are more guaranteed to fit your window wells. Not all Window wells are the same and that was true with even the ones for the home that they did for me. I am incredibly disappointed with this company. I purchased railings and a spiral staircase from…read morethem and they installed the railings incorrectly. The joined several parts with tab connectors, and the installer did not properly weather seal it. Last year I noticed my steel post were swelling and reached out to Stefan who was my sales point of contact. He told me "this has never happened before" and they offered no assistance. I paid for a painter to resand down the post and repaint, and had the same issue this year. After inspecting the install closer, I realized that all of the tab connectors were not sealed and they have been letting in water and snow for years. I drilled a small pilot hole and gallons of water came out. I called Stefan and asked how can we resolve this since this is a product of their poor installation practices. I was told "I took this phone call as a courtesy but the warranty is up." They do not stand by their products at all, and I even said I planned to fix this all myself, I was not looking for a handout, but just wanted to know what the backup plan would be. Stefan offered zero assistance and was rude, and told me there is no resolution. I would highly advise you find another company for metal fabrication-- if a company isn't willing to do the right thing when they installed it wrong, their word means nothing. I wish I could give them zero stars and went with another company. Buyer beware.

Jason expertly installed a heavy-duty steel bull bar bumper over the bumper of my vehicle, and the quality is beyond anything I expected. The bull bar I ordered came with incorrect mounting brackets that would not allow the bumper to be properly mounted under the car. Had I not found Jason at Titan Forge, I would have taken a $600+ loss on ordering this bull bar. But after telling Jason my situation, he properly assessed and quoted me a great price on building custom mounting brackets that would be strong enough to support the load of the bull bar. In addition to this, halfway through mounting the bull bar, he realized there would need to be some precision cuts around the edges of the bull bar bumper to fit my specific model. He made the cuts, and you literally cannot tell the difference or notice where those cuts were made. He rounded out and powder-coated every edge so that it looks immaculately clean.
