I dropped it off back in September, and not only did he lose it, but he also tried to claim it was 10k, even though it was clearly 14k. He kept telling me he "ordered a new one," but then completely ghosted me for months. After getting nowhere, I had to call the police two weeks ago. They went to his shop, and he told them the same lie -- that he had already ordered a replacement. Still nothing. No necklace. No updates. No communication. At this point, he has my original item, refuses to acknowledge its true value, and has not provided any replacement. This is beyond unprofessional -- it feels dishonest, careless, and disrespectful. Save yourself the stress. Do NOT trust this business with your jewelry.
