A diamond shop with a small aquarium inside! We really didn't think we had the right place and then realized that they do have a number of nice tanks. Highly recommend coming at 4 PM on Thursday when they feed them. They have lots of different, spotted, leopard sharks, Moore, eels, and other marine life. Fun to watch them eat! They also have another large tank with some very colorful, coral and smaller, colorful, tropical fish. José, I believe is the owner and he told us all about the sharks as they were getting fed, super nice and an excellent excellent personality, answer all our questions and made it fun for the children as well. I went into Diamonds by Raymond Lee for the first time today and was assisted by Kristina Hoffmann who turned out to be an excellent resource. From start to finish Kristina presented herself in a professional way and was knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect of my visit. I was impressed with the way she listened to me in order to discover what I was looking for in a watch and after a second visit later the same day helped me find the right Rolex watch. I found the store to be very well done, the aquariums to be a nice unexpected touch which I could see being very helpful to parents with young restless children and the presentation of jewelry and watches to be excellent. I have been in many jewelry stores over the years and am often turned off by pushing sales people who do not listen well. Coolest jewelry store you will ever enter. Walked in to get my ring fixed and everyone was so friendly and helpful (Donna and Dan are awesome!). STAY AWAY! I would give this place 0 stars if i could. i went to buy an engagement ring and one of the first things i asked was can i return it, which Rachel told me I had 30 days. Ended up breaking off our engagement at the 30 day mark and i want to return it, and she says it was "special ordered" and there were no returns. Wtf? We never committed to even coming in nor did we put a deposit down for a special order. We just showed up and picked out a ring that day. I would never buy a ring i couldnt return, when every other jewelry store allows you to take it back. Rachel straight up lied to my face. So now im stuck with an $8500 ring and they said they can try and sell it for me, which i was told may get $5-6k now. You would think since i got a military discount, they wouldnt lie and try to take advantage of a veteran who is already going through enough with a broken engagement. Do not trust Rachel or Dawn, they both are shady and will do anything to make a sale. read more

I can't say enough positive things! My boyfriend and I have been searching for my dream ring for a couple of months, before we discovered this company in November (of this year). We decided to go over there after church and was immediately greeted by an amazing employee named Rachel. From our first encounter with her, she made us feel welcomed and not pressured to get anything right away (unlike most other associates we've dealt with from other jewelry stores). I informed her on the style I was looking for and she pointed me out to some rings that they carried in the store. I wasn't really set on any oval-shaped rings they carried in their store; she told me to research for one that I liked and she could find it and get it into the store for me. I did just that and sent her what I had found. They didn't carry that particular ring that I had found online in their store, but she quickly ordered a sample ring for me, so I could see it in person. When the ring came in, she sent a video to my boyfriend and he was blown away by how beautiful the ring was. Immediately he forwarded the video to me and as soon as I saw the ring in the video, I knew that I had found my dream ring. Moving forward, I decided to go see the ring in person (with my sister) and we both were in awe of how beautifully crafted the ring was. Later that day, I told Jared that we had to come in and see the ring. He said let's go for it. Sunday after church, we went there and Jared confirmed that the ring was in fact "the one". Next, she helped us get approved to be able to purchase my dream ring. I also love how Rachel managed to stay within our budget. We have been so happy and blessed to have been able to meet such great people that work there. Every time we go in the store, we're greeted by everyone and the hospitality is amazing!!! I know that both of our parents are looking down at us and are proud that we are taking this next step in our relationship. I never thought that at 25, my dreams of getting married would finally be coming true and Rachel made it happen. I have been a customer of Raymond Lee Jewelers for 25 years. Whether you are a college student buying a 200 dollar item, a Graduate student buying a pre-owned Omega watch (still runs perfectly fine by the way), buying a pre-loved Tiffany engagement ring, or anything from their dazzling display of GIA certified diamonds, Rolex watches, or other fine jewelry, you will be treated like the most important client they have. My favorite thing about Raymond Lee Jewelers is that there is no looking down their noses at you here, yet they are able to provide a level of customer service that rivals any Ritz Carlton if needed. They are honest and humble, a very hard combination to find in South Florida, especially in their industry! If something isn't right they will make it right and if they don't have something you want, they will find it for you. There is really never a reason to go anywhere else for any of your jewelry needs. They are also a family run business of 2 generations with a member of their family always at both their East and West locations. So, there is accountability and knowledge that you just can't find anywhere else. This is one happy customer and I guarantee you will be too! read more

These people are the most welcoming. We went to the Boca Town Center and look in the department stores, went to Kay's and Jared's and JR Dunn, and in none of those places were there individuals that cared to bond and take to heart something so near and dear to us-our engagement. When we walked into Diamonds by Raymond Lee, we were met by Rachel who ended up being our salesperson. She was actually excited about our engagement. She pulled sets together and showed us different packages, WAS PATIENT AND LISTENED! We met Dawn, the manager, too. She offered us water, wine, beer, and soda. It was such a relaxed atmosphere which was quite a change from our other shopping experiences. We are reasonable people, but this was for our engagement and "it" just needed to feel right! As soon as we got to diamond by Raymond, it was nothing but gratitude and respect. Everybody welcome us in and even the security at the door and the place smells like butterflies they also have fish tanks in there that I've never seen anywhere by far the best fish tanks I've ever seen. lol It was my very first time coming to diamond by Raymond and the only thing I can tell you that it was great experience. My wife had an appointment with Mrs. Donna Keller She is super awesome. Very great at handling everything with care she took care of me and my wife. I came by yesterday to pick up our engagement rings. I am always going to shop here for future references and yes We spent a great penny. I recently sold some old jewelry to Diamonds by Raymond Lee and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Kristina was absolutely amazing--professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. Such an awesome experience, from the time my Fiance proposed with a beautiful Gabriel ring he purchased there with the assistance of Dawn, right up to us selecting our wedding bands. It has been such a pleasure to do business there. Dawn is a true asset to your company. The best custom jewellery makers around! I live all the way in Missouri and every jewellery store around here kept telling me they couldn't create a custom sauntered ring for my husband. I reached out to Diamonds by Raymond Lee via chat on their website. Alyce was exceptionally knowledgeable in their products, if she didn't know something she was quick to find out! I couldn't have had a better customer experience from the entire RL staff! Their master jeweller was able to create a one of kind original batman symbol ring for my husband! I just wanted to drop a note saying how well I was treated today at Diamonds by Raymond Lee. I came in to have a watch battery replaced and I was so impressed with the employees. One woman showed me several expensive time pieces while the gentlemen behind the counter took care of my watch. I guess what impressed me the most was I came in for a simple repair and I was treated as if I were a rock star. This type of service is becoming extinct. You see more and more young people at retail establishments that simply don't care one way or another - what you think of their service. As we walked in the door we were warmly greeted, and offered a bottle of water or a glass of wine! We noticed a side-table with a generous display of munchies; as if encouraging us to stay awhile to take the time to browse through the store; and what a wide and beautiful selection of diamonds do the have! I went in with my mother, to see about making sure 4 watches that we were about to donate were in good working order, and to get the batteries replaced if needed. They checked them out, and one of them needed a battery; they were so gracious in donating their service and parts by not charging us anything. read more

Drove up from Miami after being highly recommended to use Raymond Lee for the repairs and maintenance needed on my deceased Granfather's Rolex and broken necklace. I was politely greeted as I walked in. A gentleman by the name of Co attended to me. The process was a breeze and I left feeling confident the jewelry would be handled with proper care. We had a really great experience at the Boca Raton Raymond Lee store on Federal Hwy. Joyce and Dana were absolutely phenominal. They patiently worked with my wife to help her find exactly the right ring for our 10 year anniversary and they kept us informed throughout the manufacturing process and even called afterward to make sure Tracy was happy with the final product. My necklace broke the Sunday and I came in Monday, and the first thing I did was google necklace repair and this was the first one to pop up and I read the reviews and they were great and I came in the next day. I spoke with Donna and she helped and told me it should be ready sometime this week. Great help, good conversations. Got a call three days later and everything went smoothly. Great team of employees. I had a great experience here. Joyce was very helpful. I had visited a few other jewelers that made the process of picking a ring a rushed process. Joyce did not do this. She asked what I wanted and gave her advice without pushing me to get something I did not want. I was able to get the perfect ring. We picked the setting then the diamond. Very knowledgeable. Not even sure where to start...... Found this jeweler on Pinterest. Contacted diamond expert Dana Anhalt and within 2 days she found me exactly what I wanted at the right price. I did my entire purchase, 300 miles away. Other than photos, I put my trust in Dana. She came through for me and my my 21st anniversary!!!! Walked in nervous knowing nothing about diamonds or engagement rings. Joyce not only went out of her way to make me feel comfortable but took her time answering any questions I had and made the buying experience feel more like a friendship than a business transaction. I came in stressed in search of the perfect push present for my wife. I went into Diamonds by Raymond Lee, met with the friendly sales staff that immediately offered me a cold tap beer to relax. I ended up with a gorgeous diamond tennis bracelet and my wife was over the moon! I will definitely be back for our anniversary next month. read more

Very impressive, made us feel comfortable and helped get us in and out smoothly. What really sets them apart is Ray's craftsmanship. He creates absolutely exquisite custom jewelry, and he's now designing a custom ring for my mother using some of the diamonds he took out of her old jewelry. We can't wait to see the final result.
