I was truly taken aback by his arrogance and foul language. Less than a week after one of his "experts" made what I thought was a reasonable offer to buy a piece of jewelry, I came back to accept the offer. However, Mr. Kravit would not honor the original offer and expected me to accept a significantly lower dollar amount. When I politely rejected his offer and was leaving his store, I could not believe how vulgar his language became. Awful experience selling an heirloom diamond ring. My 3rd store of the day and hoping for a respectable offer given their reputation. I met with Stephen who immediately had a bad vibe, tried to take the diamond out of the room on his own and when denied he just blurted out an extreme lowball offer.
