Irrigation systems are constantly tweaked for efficiency and water preservation. I posted some pictures four years after installation to show how well things have turned out. Recently, we installed the irrigation system to automatically water the plants and I wanted to optimize the growth, so I called an arborist to help me out. He walked around and examined all my plants and my trees and was really impressed with all the growth that had occured and how well things had been planted. He tried to get the trees to budge by pushing on them (they did not budge) and he explained how many times he does that test and the trees wobble. He told me that was simply because they had been planted correctly. I wanted to update this review so you can see how well Diamondscape does their job with lasting results. Caroline came out and gave us a consult for our yard and was very helpful! My husband and I are new home owners so do not have any experience with landscaping maintenance. She gave us great tips on how to manage what we have and which plants will do well in specific areas of our yard. Her knowledge of native plants along with the personalized advice based on our yard was well worth the money!! Diamondscape then followed up with a quote of an itemized list with all of Caroline's recommendations so we could choose if we want to do it ourselves or have them help us out. read more

I tried calling multiple times...no one picked up. I left a message and no one called me back. Really disappointing service...I understand they might be busy and not have availability, but at the very least they can leave that on the voicemail, if they are not going to pick up the phone or return messages. Highly unprofessional company. They made an appointment and provided a quote. A few hours before their scheduled appointment they called to cancel saying "they have too many clients". This is not how you operate a successful business, not to mention demonstrating poor customer relations, service, efficiency, and basic scheduling acumen. I would not recommend such a flaky business. read more

We have been working with Diamondscape since November 2007. Caroline, the owner, worked with us to create a master plan at that time--one designed to resolve a number of issues (soil erosion---our lot has a deep slope across the front--unsightly exposed foundation, overgrown shrubs, "nuisance" trees, patchy lawn, and lack of privacy to adjacent homes, to name a few). Working with Diamondscape, we have been implementing the plan in phases ever since and are delighted with the results. Work completed includes a new retaining wall and rock bordered beds, soil amendment, tree, shrub and plant installation, areas of new sod, and a sprinkler system It incorporates native, deer-resistant, drought-tolerant plants in a low-maintenance design. It is a pleasure to work with Caroline, and her staff and crew. They also take care of our yard (mowing, aeration, mulching) and the same crew show up every time, all employees--no day labor. We contracted with Diamondscape to do a two phase landscape project. We needed a complete yard makeover. Caroline provided us with a compressive landscape plan and listened to what we needed. Initially, Phase 1 began clearing for a house we purchased. The The yard was overgrown and out of control. The clearing occurred prior to move in and it was instantly better. Phase 2 came in the spring with structural support of retaining walls, flagstone and literally tons of dirt. Once the foundation was in place, then came flower beds and many pallets of sod. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Diamondscape did an excellent job. Caroline and her staff have been very pleasant to work. We highly recommend them! read more
