Gabriel's crew is wonderful and hard working. They did a great job on the hardscaping, though there are still issues with drainage on a patio. Gabriel left my parents and myself hanging. There was an entire corner of the lawn that they never returned to sod, several of the large expensive plants we bought got sick during warrantee and Gabriel did not extend the courtesy of getting back in touch with us to replace them, and the same thing happened with a large red oak, which is now dying. The watering system was not maintainer or properly set up, corners were cut and the lack of communication surrounding something that is EASILY remedied is the most frustrating part. I have written and called no less than ten times, but it appears he is too busy to finalize a $120,000+ project that he said he would over a year ago.

Unfortunately, our landscaper abandoned the project before it was completed. When we contacted RO Irrigation, we learned they had been told to stop work because they were informed that we had never paid the landscaper. That information was incorrect--we had, in fact, paid our landscaper. Once we explained the situation, RO Irrigation immediately treated us with professionalism, honesty, and compassion. Even though the circumstances were not their fault, they graciously offered to return and complete the irrigation installation at no additional cost to us DESPITE the fact that they never got paid either. My goal was to remove invasive cedars that were choking off the dozens of struggling oak trees on the property.I was extremely impressed with all aspects of the transaction from the communications to the actual execution of the project and the final results. Dustin is very knowledgeable about the land and the trees and is very contentious. The oaks were also pruned and wounds painted to prevent oak wilt. I had them out to repair a sprinkler head mid-May. Hannah said that they now do landscaping, so I had her do a quote for landscaping. It took several weeks to get the quote. When they finally came out, the quote went up by $750. I said fine and paid it, but the work still wasn't completed. They said their "supplier" ran out of the materials. I later found out that the materials are stocked every day at any Lowe's. Texted several times to get the work completed, and the new quote has almost doubled. Still can't get them to come out and finish the job or even reply to texts. Sad that the company is being run this way after James' passing. He was a great dude and super reliable. Do not use this company now. They have no idea how to bid a job, run a business or deal with customers--totally unreliable, unprofessional, and unresponsive.
