Samantha called me to offer a fix but completely denied her unprofessional behavior from that day. Because of her lack of accountability, I refuse to go back to her. I am incredibly disappointed with the poor customer service, the salon's refusal to provide a safe alternative solution, and the botched, uneven haircut.

Colten and Darren went so far above and beyond to match the new color to my previous color that I was stunned. Their level of customer service was absolutely incredible.
