The owner gave me a $10 partial refund for the price mistake, but the terrible haircut was left unfixed. I called on Monday to address this, and when I finally spoke to someone, the only solution offered was to go back to Samantha. Samantha called me to offer a fix but completely denied her unprofessional behavior from that day. Because of her lack of accountability, I refuse to go back to her. I am incredibly disappointed with the poor customer service, the salon's refusal to provide a safe alternative solution, and the botched, uneven haircut.
