I had been with Diana Tracy for 13 months without any incidents or accidents, then I got my invoice and it was approximately twice the amount of the previous invoice, when I called I asked Diane if there was a problem with my payment from the previous month because I thought perhaps I was being billed for two months, she put me on hold for a couple of minutes came back and said my payment from the previous month did not go through. I believed her and paid the invoice only to later find out she was lying because I then checked with my bank and found out the payment did go through and the next month my invoice proved she indeed was lying, car insurance is way to important to deal with untrustworthy people !!! I know this is going to sound out of place with all the glowing reviews but I feel inclined to relate An incident that happened to me recently with Tracy at this particular State Farm Office. Approximately 3months ago my wife an I secured a policy with Tracy. The business relationship progressed fine up until tonight. I was reviewing our monthly bills & came across the auto insurance bill ( which on auto deduct). Much to my surprise & anger I found the our bill had increased from $167.00 to $422.00 monthly (159% increase overnight). Now well it is true I had a couple of accidents in 2014(non-injury). My question is why was this not related to us 3 month months ago? We were both asked questions regarding of driving records. Not mention being the accidents were over a year old why was this not discussed at the time? This information is available to all auto insurance agencies at the time you apply. If we had known this at the time of application we never would have went to Tracy & State Farm. In my opinion this is a matter of disclosure. I work in the Financial industry & we are required to disclose all information to the customer. We are not allowed allow to raise interest rates (simple interest loan). This points to the need for more over site on the insurance agencies. I find this practice to be wrong. Once again it points to the greed of the entire insurance agency. I will never be doing business with State Farm again & certainly with Tracy!! UPDATE: My wife attempted to reason with this agency. Impossible. I image they are fine if you have never had to use your insurance. Forget it if anything has every happened to you. What's the point of insurance. We all might as well go uninsured for about as much good as it does. STATE FARM, and particularly Diana will never be recommended by me. This is by far the worst locate agency I have ever run across.
