I called this office randomly one day as I was looking for quotes for car insurance and renter's insurance and I had the pleasure of speaking with Travis who was very patient with me and walked me through everything. He told me I could bundle and save money if I got both auto and renter's insurance through State Farm which I needed so I was stoked! I didn't even know but roadside assistance is also built into the auto insurance!! I changed over from AAA mainly because the price was right and Travis was so professional and helpful and his customer service was amazing. all im going to say is Travis ( refused to provide last name) is the worst customer service rep i have ever talked to in my life and was absolutely zero help what so ever. he uses very professional wording on the phone when he is mad such as " look DUDE" and " whatever BRO Im not gonna sit on the phone and talk to you anymore." funny thing was that the document i was requesting from him that he stated there was no way he could provide, magically appeared in my email box after i followed up the chain of state farms claims. i never dealt with Jake, but if Travis is the kind of employee he thinks is fit to answer his phones, than i cant imagine his service is much better. Very sad, i go to work week after week, year after year and treat my customers with respect and dignity, take pride in my work and customer service abilities, yet when i ask the same from someone of another company like state farm, those morals seem to not exist. you shouldn't work in customer service Travis if you are unable to keep your cool when someone is frustrated and in a poor situation, unsure what to do next, and asking simply for help read more
