Very knowledgeable on the fabrics, very patient and understanding for new customers. She brought dresses the bride hadn't considered- to cover all uncertainties. Such an amazing experience for my first time in a wedding dress shop, trying on wedding dresses. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted immediately! The aesthetic in the bridal shop is amazing. My bridal stylist, Tabitha, went above and beyond. We visited Diana's Bridal recently as we shopped for a dress for my friend's wedding. From the moment I made the appointment online, to our arrival we had nothing but a great experience. They sent out a questionnaire about what the bride likes, along with a Pinterest board of dresses that she can look through of their inventory to try on in shop. Prior to the appointment, the consultant called to get a better feel for what the bride was looking for, and was ready to go with a few options the next morning. Our appointment was about an hour and we tried on a few dozen dresses and was able I narrow it down to one that was her favorite. Our consultant helped pin an ivory linen under the dress to show what the blush would differ if it was an ivory dress. While we didn't say yes to the dress at this shop, the entourage had an incredible time and I would highly recommend this shop for any brides looking! read more

While it sounds cliché, I had a fairytale experience at Diana's Bridal. I am an out of state bride, so my dress appointment was also a happy reunion with my family. They even organized a surprise for me when I arrived--my future mother-in-law, whom I adore, was waiting for me in my room! Kate Davis was my bridal consultant, and she was an absolute gem. Her experience shone throughout the appointment, especially since I was the type of bride who knew what I *didn't* want but had no clue what I *did* want. When I tried on a dress that I absolutely loved but hated how it looked in the back, Kate immediately reassured me with, 'That's an easy fix!' She quickly rearranged the fabric so the back of the dress lay exactly the way I wanted. Right then and there, I had my 'say yes to the dress' moment--I even cried! Kate also helped me find the perfect veil and arranged for the dress to be shipped directly to my home in California, where I could do fittings and alterations. The shop had an adorable 'I said yes!' chair for photos, and the team was wonderful in advising me on how to alter and safely transport the dress for the wedding (carry-on bags only!). I was searching for a bridal boutique online and came across Diana's Bridal and saw all the reviews posted on online and definitely had to check it out. I absolutely enjoyed the entire experience from the moment I booked my appointment. They send you an email prior to your appointment with a questionnaire & link to their Pinterest for you to start looking at styles you may like. The boutique is absolutely gorgeous and my stylist (Haley) was amazing! She knew exactly what she was doing and helped me narrow down to the dress that I said yes to! They ask you for your budget prior to the appointment and then show dresses around that range. They told me that the dress I selected will take about 4 months to ship & then 8-10 weeks for alterations. There is a rush order option but the stylist said we don't need to do this option since I have enough time before my wedding. There is a big parking lot right across the street from them so it was easy enough to find parking! Definitely recommend keeping them in mind if you are looking for a wedding dress! read more

The decor is nice and provides plenty of mirrors so that the bride and bridal guests can get a view of dresses from every angle! We were quickly seated in our semi-private room, and allowed to bring our own champagne and glasses. Our stylist Sophie was so friendly and truly made all the difference for me when I was trying on the dresses. She chose styles that were based exactly off of what we described, and she ended up finding THE DRESS for me! Diana's Bridal was the third wedding boutique I visited on the search for my wedding dress, and I'm really happy to say that found the one at Diana's! When first reaching the salon, the receptionist/consultant who let us in greeted us and made us feel comfortable. We were about 15 minutes early and we were able to browse through the beautiful selection of dresses before the start of our appointment. The store is absolutely beautiful! I worked with a consultant named Dannis who couldn't have been any more amazing! Dannis was kind, patient, and helpful throughout the try-on process. I tried on 7 or 8 different dresses, and at that point I narrowed it down to 2 dresses I loved almost equally. Dannis let me try those two styles on again, and gave me and my guests time in each dress to think about it before making a decision. I ended up deciding on the one!!! Melissa was extremely professional and patient with me as I walked in already stressed out about my MOH being late and she understood how overwhelmed I was with the dress searching experience, especially since my sister and MOH didn't seem to like any of my favorites. She was quick to offer us waters (and then champagne) once she realized how stressed I actually was haha. Wow, Diana's Bridal is amazing and I want everyone to know about this gem of a place! As a mid size bride (street size 12) finding dress shops in Chicago with sample sizes that would fit me was SO stressful so I was so happy when I found Diana's bridal. Diana's is located in a convenient location in Skokie with abundant street parking, making it easy to get to from the city. The shop is beautiful and clean. I was greeted promptly by my consultant, Dannis, who really went above and beyond with me as well as my hard to please mom. Dannis really listened to my vision, and pulled a ton of options that she think would go well with both my vision and body type. I tried on a ton of dresses, including some ones I didn't think I would like but ended up loving. My favorite part though is that the first dress Dannis pulled is the one I ended up going with! I had other appointments scheduled over the next few days, but I knew I found the one and couldn't imagine working with any other shop after the amazing experience I had with Dannis. I really can't wait until my dress comes in to start the alteration process and accessory shopping- which I know will be just as great as my first visit! She was kind and patient with my mom and grandma, and worked hard to help me find the gowns within my budget in the styles I wanted to try. I was nervous and didn't have a super clear idea or vision of what I wanted and my consultant, Sophie, immediately put me at ease and was able to figure out exactly what I was looking for despite me having an incredibly hard time even figuring it out myself. When we got there they were very attentive to the needs of my group (number of people & my mother was on crutches) and the overall space is beautiful and welcoming. I truly cannot say enough great things about Sophie. She was so much fun, an amazing hype woman, and made me not only feel beautiful and confident but important. She had such a genuine kindness and it was so easy to be honest with her and trust her right off the bat. Sophie realllllllllly knows her stuff and did an impeccable job pulling styles for me. She was so intentional with which dresses she pulled and the order that she had me try them on. One of my biggest fears was having the dresses all start to blend together and she made sure that didn't happen. Each time I tried a dress on we talked through what I liked, what I didn't, and what I would change. Just verbalizing those things helped me uncover how I actually felt about each dress. I ended up finding the most perfect and beautiful and affordable dress!!!! And also my veil - the first one that Sophie pulled!!!! Lots of tears, cheers, and hugs were had and it was truly a magical experience. They also have the cutest photo op space which was super fun! During the actual purchasing process, they were completely transparent with the contract, cost, timeline, next steps, etc. which was incredibly appreciated since this is such a big purchase. I had the BEST experience at Diana's Bridal. After going to a couple of other bridal salons that left a bad taste in my mouth, a coworker referred Diana's Bridal to me. Everything I love about this shop -they post the dresses they have in store to their pinterest so you can screeenshot a few to show at your appointment and try on -they are amazing at pulling dresses for you to fit the styles you like and vibe you're going for (and 1-2 different just in case) -they are so quick! They helped me get the dresses off the hangers and I was in and out of the dresses quickly. I tried on about 8 dresses in an hour and ended up going with the first i tried on haha -the prices are very reasonable compared to others in Chicago/area! -you can do alterations in house, which I did and am so glad! Found this store on The Knot and was excited to visit. They had a great selection of dresses, well within my budget. I liked that I was able to go through the store and pick out the dresses I wanted to try on. I fell in love with the last dress I tried on, but I had another appointment later in the day and wanted to respect the time of the other salon. Rita, my stylist was very understanding and did not push me to cancel or buy at that moment. She told me I could come back later that day if the other salon didn't work out, and I did just that! I was able to come back, retry the dress on, and I was sold! They were able to ship the dress to me in TN and offered to find someone to do alterations in TN as well. I really enjoyed my experience and look forward to getting my dress and seeing the final product after alterations! I know my mom will be back to get my flower girls dress as well. I was recommended to go to Diana's Bridal by my best friend who also got her dress there several years prior. My experience was phenomenal and Erica was an amazing stylist. She picked dresses around my budget and for my last dress I tried on the dress of my dreams which was of course not at all the "simple" dress I initially stated. This place is a gem. So close to home and the staff made every second of the experience so wonderful. My first appointment was right after Christmas and I went with 4 people. I tried on several dresses and found the perfect one. I wanted to take some time to think it through, and they actually told me to come back in February when the dress would be 10% off! How awesome is that?? I came back in February with just my mom. I looked through and tried on some more dresses, and I tried the original dress back on. It was the one and I got a discount because it was a part of the trunk show. I will say that if you have an appointment during a trunk show, they do get busy and slightly behind schedule. That's because they don't rush you-they want everything about the experience to be perfect. Another woman stormed out of the store while I was waiting for this appointment, but I have patience and I understand that they were busy. For alterations, I had Ali and she was so amazing to work with! She had all the details done in 3 appointments and she walked me through everything. Update: Thanks to the manager for responding so promptly and offering a better experience next time. There are a lot of wonderful reviews for this store and we were recommended by others, so we were very excited to start wedding dress shopping for my future sister in law here. It was her absolute first experience going dress shopping and we chose Diana's. The store itself was beautiful. However, after being promised a 90 minute appointment, the appointment was finished in 40 minutes. The woman helping us did not explain why, just that it seemed like the bride had a better idea of the style she liked and that the appointment had finished. My sister in law was very disappointed with her first wedding dress experience and she felt like the woman helping was very cold and didn't offer many comments or friendly rapport which we could hear others having next to us. It was very short answers if we did ask questions. The bride tried on 7 dresses very quickly but wanted a better idea of all the variety available, but mentioned how she didn't feel comfortable asking questions due to the person helping us! I've gone wedding dress shopping multiple times at a variety of stores so when we walked out, I apologized to my sis in law that usually an appt lasts longer and usually they're much friendlier, excited for you, and helping you with all their comments and questions. I felt horrible that the first time she went dress shopping was not the experience we expected. The level of follow up and the personalization and friendliness I'm seeing in other reviews was not present for us. I'm not sure if the person helping that day was having a bad day or had another appt scheduled/overlapping but it did not feel like we were fully prioritized and I rarely leave bad reviews but I wish it could have been a much more positive experience. read more

This a long overdue review but I'm definitely so glad I stumbled upon Diana's Bridal from Yelp! I visited this past December after I had already been to 3 other stores. I found 2 dresses that my bridesmaids and I loved but part of me wished they were somehow combined together. Kate was my consultant and she immediately knew which dresses I'd like from the pictures I showed. She was so patient and was never pushy. I ended up finding my dream dress only after trying about 5 dresses. It was everything I wanted from the 2 dresses I loved before...the sparkle, lace train, and the fit! They also had a large, beautiful space in the back with many mirrors that to try on all the dresses. It's a great space to bring a larger bridal party with you if needed. I ended up doing alterations somewhere else since I live out-of-town and they had limited weekend availability at the time. So I can't comment on that but overall, I had a great experience at Diana's and I'd definitely recommend them to all my girlfriends! Also: my dress came in just 3 months!!
