I bought it and asked if it could be exchanged, and that's when my experience started going downhill. When I gave the gift, it didn't fit, so I came back to return it. I was informed that they didn't do returns of any kind. You guys, this was a BRAND new piece of clothing, still had tags everything. What was worse is that the store was consistently closed when it was supposed to be open, so I spent two or three times just trying to gain access to the store. I ended up exchanging the gift for something else, but the lack of ability to return items makes it a terrible place to buy gifts. Cute shop, but the inflexible return policy and spotty hours makes me a little annoyed.

Back in the summer, I saw Anastasia's products at the Guerrilla Truck/Art Show and found out that she makes shirts for men, completely custom. As a 6'1" lanky guy, it's always tough finding shirts that are slim and fit my long arms just right, so I decided that custom is the way to fly. Once I got down to my playing weight (I lost a lot of weight this year), I dropped by Anastasia's newly-opened shop to learn more about her program. Needless to say, I'm a fan. I opted for three button-down shirts in unique colors, French cuffs, and a collar style that fit for me. Over 3-4 visits to pick out patterns, do a fitting and then a second fitting, Anastasia makes the process fun and makes you feel like you are the genius (when obviously you are NOT the genius, since she's the artist!). All said and done, the process took about a month and the shirts fit like a glove, just like I asked. Anastasia has a few men's accessories as well (pocket squares, braces/suspenders, etc.), and over time I expect to make a visit to upgrade other items in my shirt wardrobe as well. My niece…read moreand I went to purchase her prom date's tux after he had been fitted a week prior with salesman Jeff Simon. My niece and I practically picked out everything and proceeded to locate the salesman of our choice. We were greeted with what seemed like disdain and rudeness. Jeff rushed us through the visit (there were no customers waiting). When we tried to disclose to him the nature of the visit, he would cut us off instead of listening. He seemed annoyed overall, especially when we were assertive about our choices. Now, all of the aforementioned wouldn't have been problematic if he was actually good at his job. I paid for a tux rental, a shirt, and a tie. Lo and behold, when prom date arrived to the store today, it was discovered that Jeff hadn't correctly documented our order. There was unnecessary chaos and confusion. If you value quality customer service, don't spend your bucks here. Update: I posted a review fb as well to warn customers about the poor service I had recieved. The mister shop responded, validating their gross incompetence and lack of professionalism. I'm glad I did go in, it was small, but beautiful, clean and well organized. The sales associate Rawan, was very helpful in helping me find a dress that fit my body type and made me feel good about my curves. I did have my daughter with me and luckily they had a small section with toys for my daughter I was able to keep an eye on her while trying on my outfits. I'm glad I gave this cute shop a chance and now I recommend it to my friends and family!
