I really wanted to love this place, but I didn't. I also hate to low rate a small business but my experience could've definitely went better with a small attempt. I called two days prior and scheduled an appt as walk ins aren't accepted (which is odd, but okay). When I arrived, I was greeted but my visit was short. I came in looking for a dress for my birthday and right away I was told we have nothing. Like huh?? I simply believe I was just judged based off my appearance. I was in sweats, my hair up, and I had my daughter with me (I am young, so definitely stereotyped). I left immediately and took my business elsewhere. PS, I spent $1300 on a 2 hour dress. Money wasn't the issue here. read more

I went here for my daughter's senior prom dress. It took over 2 months to come in. The dress is beautiful .. good quality however she needed alterations done. They do not do alterations so good luck finding someone who does. Next time I will go to a place that offers alterations. read more

I went prom shopping (not expecting to find something that I'd like) and ended up falling in love with 3 dresses! I've never seen so many gorgeous gowns all in one shop!! My real rating would be No Stars but Yelp does not allow that. Whatever you do do not spend your well-earned money on any of her clothes, accessories or her fake LV/Gucci/any other "designer" items stocked in her store. She rips her customers off. She chooses how much to charge you based off if you kiss her ass or not. She doesn't know how to alter dresses but claims she does. Her dresses are tacky not even worth any price she offers. You are better off ordering a dress off the designers website and going to a local cleansers to get it fixed. read more

Amazing! It's been a long time since I've been able to find a unique boutique anywhere in the market. While On trend Marcela carries some Unique designers so you are not looking at the same Inventory you've already viewed. On her suggestion I tried in something I'd never have been brave enough to. Stunning. Wore the dress to my niece's black tie wedding this past weekend and was sad to take it off at the end of the evening. The Red Carpet Boutique is the absolute best place for women's formal wear. The dresses are STUNNING and the quality is FANTASTIC! I was so frustrated trying to find a wedding dress from a typical bridal salon but The Red Carpet Boutique offered everything I was looking for and then some. I ended up purchasing two dresses to wear for my wedding because I just couldn't decide on one and the two dresses combined cost less than a dress from a bridal salon. The red carpet boutique is a wonderful place filled with the latest styles and best designers. Dresses for all occasions are sold here, and there is a wide selection of sizes and shapes. If, however something doesn't fit, store owner will make it her priority to order the perfect frock for you. She is an expert at what she does and her passion for helping women find what they like is obvious in the way she conducts her business. I purchased a beautiful one of a kind, mint-green knee length dress with exquisite bronze detailing from her sales rack. I snatched it up for a steal of a deal at $99. My mother found her dream dress for my wedding at the red carpet boutique. It was somewhat of a mermaid style, fitted throughout the top and the bottom part poofed out in little rosettes. She tried it on at the store and had to order it in her size and a different color. She decided to add cap sleeves since it was a strapless and the in house seamstress did a fantastic job. The whole transaction from start to finish was professional and efficient. I would recommend the red carpet boutique to anyone who requires a dress or gown. Marcella is a real Gem! I shopped here for a Mother of the Bride dress based on all the great reviews I read. I went in a couple of times initially and by my 2nd time, she remembered me and made me feel so welcome. Marcella is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy or making you feel pressured in any way. I saw a dress I liked at a Boutique far away from me (not this one) and when I went back to look at it again, they had sold it. Since I had the designer name and number and Red Carpet Boutique was listed as an Authorized Retailer, I called Marcella. She was so nice and was so happy I wanted to do business with her, she offered me a discount on the dress - I was very impressed! When it came to alterations, I was nervous just because I felt like my dress was intricate and needed adjustments and I did not personally know anyone who had alterations done here. There again, Marcella eased my concerns - she told me when to come back to allow the proper time for fittings and the dress came out great! I will certainly be back for future events. read more

I arrived at the boutique with a friend. Both of us ready to spend $350 to $400 a piece for prom dresses. When we go to the store, no staff came to help us at all. We both ended up finding 1 or 2 dresses from racks of outdated and tacky styles. We were told we were only allowed to take 1 into the room at a time. After trying on a dress that was $450 and commenting to my friend that it wasn't spectacular enough for me break my budget, the owner refused to let me try on another dress, commenting that the dressing room was for customers that planned on buying something. I was so shocked and disgusted at her behavior. She later remarked that maybe her boutique wasn't "for me" with my budget. The final straw was when she allowed another girl to take about 7 dresses into a fitting room to try, including one my friend had been looking at. This was after being told about the 1 dress at a time rule. We wasted 30 minutes waiting for this dress. The owner had no customer service skills and she decides how well she will treat you based on how much you are willing to spend. A final nail in the coffin: the dress my friend tried on is being sold online for $100 less than the owner tried to charge her for it. And alterations start at $30. So no, I will never be giving this boutique my money. They deserve to go out of business. read more
