Tucked away in the farthest back corner by the food court, Diana's embroidery can do the job in a few days. I'm not sure if there are others in this indoor marketplace, but the process is farily simple as long as you have the shirt/hat/ or whatever piece of clothing you want the design on as well as the design you want embroidered. We came with our own shirts and our designs that we wanted embroidered. We actually bought the shirts inside the marketplace because they are cheaper. About $3-5 per shirt. We browsed around because there are many options of stores to choose from. Once we found the shirts we wanted , we walked over to Diana's. So we sent an email for each shirt and for each design with the color and size that pertains to the design we want. Then, the girl confirmed she received each email. She downloaded tbe image onto her computer, adjusted the color and size to fit the shirt, and printed it out. Then, she made sure where we wanted the design to be on our shirt because some of us wanted it on the side not the front center. The shirts were done in 2 days and we went back to pick it up. Simple as that! I recommend coming here knowing exactly what you want so the process is easy and smooth. Had a good experience here. read more

I called ahead of time asking if they provide heat transfer services if I brought my own t-shirt and my own design. They responded, "Yes, we can do it for $5". After driving across town to their shop, the old asian dude refused to perform the service because he's been "having problems with my particular deign" but little does he know that my "particular design" is custom made meaning no one else has my type of iron-on design. What a waste of my time and gas. Don't tell customers you can perform a service if you're not going to do it. read more

I went in to get a name patch for my uniform and to have 2 other patches sewn on and she charged me $12. I returned with 2 more shirts that needed name patches sewn on. I dropped off on Friday morning and was told that would call when they were ready and I never got a call. I went in again on Sunday morning and the shirts were still sitting in the same spot when I dropped them off of Friday. She apologized and said she would get started on them immediately and she would call in 2-3 hours to let me know they were ready and nothing. I went in this morning and when I got there she's wouldn't make eye contact with me. She told wee worker in Spanish that these were supposed to be done. I walked up to the counter and she had just started to scan my project into the computer. I explain to here that they were supposed to have been done Friday. She had no excuse. So I asked her if I would get a discount for having to wait when I told her what she charged me for the first shirt she said I was losing and when I tried to show here the receipt she sent me she wouldn't even look at it. She was now trying to charge me double what I payed for the first shirt. Sorry Diana no more business from me! read more

If I could give zero starts I would. Totally over priced! They quote on price then double it when you start your order. Workers are rude and condescending. Totally unrealistic in prices especially for an indoor swap meet. Can get better prices from stand alone highly rated printed and embroidery stores. This price isn't worth the speed, quality is just average especially at this price! Came here to get scrubs for my whole office embroidered since I just moved to the area and needed something closer to my house to drop off/pickup. Carla helped me from start to finished, she was very patient, professional and was very thorough! She listened to my comments and threw in her suggestions. I dropped off about 50 Items on Friday afternoon and she said it would be already Sunday afternoon. When it was time for pickup, she was very honest and said one got stuck in the machine and offered to compensate me for it. It didn't look too bad after her patch work but it wasn't my pair of scrubs so I told her I would check with the person whose name is on it and I'll call her one I get the verdict.
