I would give less of a star if I could. I was excited to see the place especially since my niece is soon to have a Quincenera. What a disappointment. I walked in and saw a young girl arranging flowers and asked how much the wholesale bunch of roses where. She didn't know so she was trying to ask the people across the large room how much they were (I was the only customer in the store). Everyone across the room is chit chatting with one another and the girl is still calling out for help. I yelled out, "Excuse me she's been trying to call you guys for the last 30 min. I'm exaggerating but we need help". I asked how much the rosses are and a lady across the rooms gets attitude with me and says 30min huh? Their 25$ smacking her mouth. I say to my husband who was with me I'm definitely not spending money here. As we are walking out an old gentlemen with a semi bald head yells at the young girl who was trying to help me in Spanish,"you know how much they fucken are". I told the man don't you yell at her like that. She's not the reason I'm leaving it's because of her, as I pointed at the older woman. I can't believe this man spoke to this girl like that. In such an aggressive way. This is never right. That's verbal abuse. Whoever you are , young girl, you never deserve to get yelled at by any man. Awful! Just found my go to flower shop! Was looking for a bouquet for moms birthday and even though they had no visual of what I wanted , I briefly explained I wanted it with purple and white flowers, big bouquet and the result was beautiful! I was a bit sketchy when the lady asked what price pointed I wanted to be without me seeing what it would look like, but they did not disappoint! I used Dianas flowers to get my wife roses for our 3 year wedding anniversary. I called very last minute and they were still able to accommodate me. I ordered 3 dozen long stem roses (very reasonable price compared to other flower shops in the area). The arrangement was beautiful and they were delivered on time ($10 delivery charge, again very reasonable) I will definitely be a repeat customer. Don't get suckered into other flower shops who charge an arm and a leg, Dianas has reasonable prices and better quality than other shops I've used. Needed a lei for my sister's graduation. Several other yelpers specifically mentioned that Diana's Flowers had a good selection of leis...and they weren't off! There were at least three different colors on hand to purchase (blue, violet, orange-ish). I called ahead of time and ordered blue. I saw someone working on air spraying a white lei with pink highlights. So, in addition to the standard colors, you'll likely have plenty of options with ordering ahead of time. The place was a bit busy. The desk/cashier area is in the warehouse where the flowers are put together (and what appears to be some other non-flower items being stored in the background). Entry is either through the warehouse back door (which I didn't know existed) or through a front office area (which you'd have to walk through to get to the warehouse area). But, everyone was professional and polite. I'd definitely return for lei or other flower needs. read more

I was honored with the task to purchase the casket arrangement for my aunt's funeral. I wanted to pay her homage by selecting a beautiful arrangement, but it was difficult to do since I lived so far away. I selected Diana's Flowers based on past reviews, but was still worried about what the final product will be. I was surprised by the arrangement that was delivered and the fact that they kept me informed of the delivery progress as well so I did have to worry. The arrangement was beyond beautiful. My cousins were moved to tears of joy see the glorious flower arrangement that decorated their mother's casket which also filled the air with a glorious delicate scent of flowers. I went in last minute to pick-up some flowers for a wedding anniversary. They had a large selection, the staff was friendly, and I was able to get a lot at a descent price. on may 10, 2017 I when early morning to buy roses. I had good service, no complaints actually I have been coming to this flower shop for about 2 years. I recommended my sister. She when on May 11, 2017 with my niece. She was looking for lavender roses. The workers where very helpful. But the lady(owner) was really rude. She told the worker that they where running out of roses and that they where no longer for sale. That's when a young gentlemen came out of the cooler with bundle of lavender roses. The owner said that she was not going to sell. That she will only sell to certain persons. (I imagine that who ever she wants to sell too). That is not good business. My sister did not buy at all. This place has the worse customer service ever. I placed an order of flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day, may 10th 2017 (let's just say they were not cheap). However the flowers that got delivered looked nothing like the ones I previously ordered. Therefore I called the business and informed them about the situation. Instead of being apologetic and being accountable for their mistake, they made me feel like I was the one that screwed up. Their resolution? They said they would send their driver to pick up the flowers and give me my money back. Two days later and still no word on the driver. I had to contact the business again about my money. Their response, "the owner let me know if you want the refund You have to bring them back as I have no driver available to come to you". Seriously!??? You couldn't have said that in the first place??. I will never go back there again. And please remember you are there because of the customers. Unfortunately I was unhappy with a recent arrangement purchase for my mom... as soon as I called Diana apologized and offered to send a new one or rearrange the one that was delivered. After speaking with my mom she decided to go into the shop on her lunch break and was able to pick out a beautiful orchid at no cost to her! Diana was super nice and helpful. This place is big and amazing!!! I was desperate for a Lei for my bros graduation and I was already very late and after stopping at 10 flower shops that i found on yelp on the way to graduation this was the last shop and they had some and even in different varieties!!! They had sooo many beautiful flowers! Its big and spacey and lots and lots too choose from! Not to mention very inexpensive! And to think that its just minutes from my house!
