I really appreciate that this flower shop always has pretty arrangements even for last minute pick-me-ups. I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon, and after ringing the doorbell, they were quick to open the door. They had couple of arrangements where the flowers were beautifully nested into baskets, and there were flower arrangements in vases. I opted for the one in the basket. The owner was kind enough to swap some of the roses out for fresher ones. I also wanted a Hello Kitty decorative pick to add to the flower arrangement, and I noticed that Hello Kitty had a black smudge on her forehead. When I let the owner know of this flaw, she was quick to fix it by gluing a cute red heart gem. The Hello Kitty pick was more elevated and prettier! I've come here on other occasions where I requested for a bouquet with a budget limit. And, they were able to put together a beautiful bouquet for me that was also within my budget. She showed me all the different purses colors and said she'd pick random flowers to match the colors. I came back four days later and was very pleased with how pretty they all turned out. Each one runs about $70 and then it goes up from there depending on how much you like the recipient... half joking. Preordered peonies with a mix of tulips and carnations was supposed to get everything pink but it came with dead peonies a snapped branch looks very low quality and nothing like I ordered. Very disappointing. I will never come back here again. I received nothing like what I ordered and received a mix of dead flowers and flowers that didn't bloom yet. I prepaid a lot of money just to get a completely disappointing result. 10 dollar charge per peony and they were dead and some as small as my fingernail. read more

omgoodness! what a lifesaver!! it was my daughter's prom and she said that she and her friends were all getting bouquets. I didn't realize it was just for pictures before hand and then she would not have any flowers for the dance. So I quickly scan the yelp looking for a florist who was open and could make a black and burgundy corsage on the fly. She basically made it while we were on the phone together. I told her the dress was black and she has dark burgundy accessories. While we did receive an apology and a refund, thank you, after reading your reply to my yelp review you stated that my husband did not say anything when he picked up the boutonnière. In fact there were a lot of people in there at the time and he commented that the flower was wrong but the clerk looked up the order and said that it said white flower. My husband had reiterated 3x white rose when he placed the order and he was given no copy of the receipt with the order information on it. When the clerk turned her attention to someone else he left. You were called 2 days later on the 11th to be notified of the error because the next day was Mother's Day and a Sunday but no one contacted us until this week (the 21st). We received a reply only after you read my Yelp review. It's not our fault that a prom was being held. the day before Mother's Day. If you couldn't have taken the order due to Mother's Day you should have said so and there are plenty of other places we could have gone to. read more
