I've had this appointment scheduled since DECEMBER of 2025. And they call me the DAY BEFORE my appointment to just cancel on me. Unprofessional and unorganized completely. They should've called me way before letting me know what's happening. They should've called my insurance asking for the status of the authorization. I call my insurance and they tell me, "actually we approved it back in DECEMBER of 2025, they only issue is your enrollment waiting period. (Which was a mistake). A mistake that could've been taken care of quickly if this dentist place had even just called me even yesterday. I'm so upset and I've taken work off already, my driver has taken work off already since I was going to go under anesthesia. There goes money out the door. Who calls just hours before an appointment telling a patient their appointment is canceled for a procedure like this? Idiots do, like this place. Maybe I'm being too harsh but it's frustrating. I don't recommend this place at all. They're so lazy to call insurances and are clueless. Even my appointment in December, they called me the day before saying they had issues with my insurance. So I called my insurance myself and boom, problem was fixed. They're so lazy and incompetent. Lol

Wanting to avoid a root canal at all cost, I told him, let's do it! He was very gentle, skilled, and made sure I was comfortable. The tooth came out beautiful! It has been over a month since the filling and absolutely no pain or issues. I'm a little embarrassed about how gross my tooth looked before but had to share pictures on how gorgeous the filling came out. Thank you so much Dr. Park. I promise I'll floss more often

First they told me it would be $234 to clean my teeth but I get 2 feee cleanings a year with insurance. Apparently this is the price for a deep cleaning which I NEVER asked for. Then Dr. Park said that the bridge I had need to be replaced so he was referring me to a colleague. To make a long story short. I walked out with an estimate charge of $5,500 in dental work. They tried to get me to obtain care credit. I was so upset and overwhelmed that I left wanting to cry. Two weeks later, I found another amazing dentist who said I didn't need a deep cleaning or a new bridge. The bridge just needed adjusting and my teeth only needed the standard cleaning. The new dentist was able to do my 2nd bridge using my insurance only. Please shop around and don't choose any old dentist who will use up all your insurance benefits in unnecessary procedures then turn around and charge you for what you really need but now you have to pay out of pocket

Once inside, they had some Montessori toys for the kiddos to play with, but not an overwhelming amount which was nice. We really liked that they didn't sit him in a dentist chair for the first visit and how hands on they were with teaching us the correct way to brush a toddlers teeth. They shared a chart with us of foods that cause and don't cause cavities, which we thought was cute. At the end of the visit, he received a token to redeem a prize at one of the capsule machines. He was so excited to receive his little token and even learned how to put it in on the spot. Turning to get the prize our required mamas help We also took a first visit picture with him that we got to take home with us. It was a very nice and memorable experience and we can't wait to go back! I'd definitely recommend Pearly Smiles to first time parents and all parents. It was a calming environment well prepared for kids, and parents alike, to feel welcomed all while making it a fun experience.

Went in on a Tuesday morning at 11:30am for my son's first visit to the dentist. He is sometimes…read morecooperative and sometimes not when we brush and floss his teeth, so I wasn't sure how this would go or how it would be since he's my first child. We came in 1 or 2 minutes late (it's hard with a toddler sometimes lol). They welcomed us and checked us in. A few minutes later, we were called to go in. Tracy helped us, and she was so good with my son. Tried to gain his trust, but he remained weary. She tried her best and was very good with him. Dr Pham came in, and he had to be held down by my husband and Dr Pham. It was very quick. He cried the whole minute, but he was cavity free. Dr Pham explained how his enamel was and went over all the questions that I had. Such a super sweet team, Dr Pham and Tracy. They gave us a token for a toy in the toy dispensers and also gave us a welcome bag. My son loved the spinning ball from the toy dispenser and the teddy bear from the welcome bag. They gave me no choice but to file appeals and a grievance with my insurance company. Their billing is a mess to boot. He was referred to an oral surgeon who right away felt that it was unnecessary and referred us to Dr. Lo. Dr. Lo was great.
