I must also note that even during off season- costumes are readily available. My favorite find though was the genuine vintage Halloween decorations and goody bags they were still selling. The face painting was spectacular - great detail, long lasting and didn't smear off. I don't think many kids are letting their parents wash their faces tonight! And the balloon art is something you'll want to save as well. Hiring Ruby and Co. was the best decision I made for this party. You won't regret it either.
