We recently attended a birthday party at their "Everland" venue. I highly advise all moms out there to host their parties elsewhere. If you take a look at their website it seems as though you'd get an amazing experience. It was the worst party I've been to. We had to remove our shoes which was so confusing to me because it is not a play place with soft floors. It has hard floors throughout. I asked one of the staff and she said the owner wants no shoes on the floor to preserve the floors. So we were highly uncomfortable throughout. I noticed the staff going in and out of the venue in socks in this cold NY weather. How cruel is that? Sounds like an extremely stingy owner to me. Also, the entire venue is one small room. It seems okay for around 10 people although they try to cram more in there. The website advertises Keurig access for adults. Throughout the party I saw no coffee nor were we offered, and while I was leaving I saw the Keurig on a table outside of the party room. Seriously? Also, the hosts had paid for 4 or 5 pizza pies but received only 2 pies. We made the staff aware of this but believe me when I say they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it. Both my child and I left the party hungry. I am sure the hosts were SO embarrassed. I am sure the princess is a very sweet lady but she could not sing a tune. The room went silent and it was a bit embarrassing. The tables where the children sit were supposed to be decorated according to the theme of the party but each of the two tables had one cheap dollar store item placed on it and that's about it. The "royal badge coloring" advertised on the website is a black and white printout sheet. The "special craft to create and take home" is some cheap beads placed in a bowl on the table. The children received no help making their jewelry nor did anyone get to bring it home. My child did receive a goodie bag which of course was a paper bag with extremely cheap contents. I felt they could've at least gotten better items from the dollar store, but these items were cheaper than that. After arriving home and while undoing my child's hair I noticed they used super small and cheap rubber bands throughout her hair! It was a total nightmare to get her hair undone and she was crying and screaming the entire time. I had to cut most of the rubber bands with a tiny scissor. I have been hosting parties for DECADES and believe me when I say the Everland party is worth $250 to $350 at most. It is definitely NOT worth the $590 or $1k advertised on their website. If you read their reviews you will see that they are mostly for the actual princesses that visit your home and not for their awful venue. I highly recommend you save your money and go with a different venue. Even Chuck E Cheese will give you more bang for your buck. At least the kids will actually be fed and entertained. If your child is begging for a princess party then I recommend going with Royal Princess Prep. I have hired them in the past and they were always extremely dependable. They also have way more positive reviews than this "A Dream Is A Wish", more like a dream is a nightmare! read more

Magical Princess Party That Exceeded All Expectations! We recently celebrated our daughter's 5th birthday at A Dream is a Wish Parties, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. Outstanding Staff The staff went above and beyond to make our daughter feel special on her big day. They were attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in creating a magical experience. Every detail was handled with care, and they made sure all the children were engaged and having fun throughout the party. Enchanting Princesses The princess was AMAZING! Not only did they look stunning and authentic, but they were incredibly talented and interactive with the children. Their singing, storytelling, and character performances were spot-on. Our daughter was completely starstruck. She took time with each child and made everyone feel important. Beautiful Decor & Setup The venue itself was beautifully decorated with attention to every detail. The princess-themed decorations transformed the space into a genuine royal palace. The setup was thoughtfully arranged to accommodate both the activities and dining, making the flow of the party seamless. Engaging Activities The activities were perfect for our group of 5-year-olds. From princess makeovers to royal crafts, dancing and games - there was never a dull moment. What impressed me most was how they managed to create activities that appealed to both the girls AND boys in our group. Everyone had a blast! If you're looking for a birthday party that will create lasting memories for your child, I wholeheartedly recommend A Dream is a Wish Parties. We attended one of their "princess balls" and although we appreciate the effort, it was complete and total chaos. There were way too many people. I understand they might be under the room capacity, however, take into account small children running around and making noise. Towards the end of the event it looked like nearly half the little girls were in tears. They were overwhelmed. At any given point it looked to me like a hundred girls on the little dance floor. I personally witnessed children getting hurt and even 2 grown women trip over objects. Also, we did not get our money's worth. What was supposed to be 75 minutes for the actual event, it was actually only 55 minutes. They started 10 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early. This is called LYING in order to sell more tickets. We hired Maribel from Encanto to entertain at our daughter's 3rd birthday party, and A Dream Wish Parties was amazing to work with from start to finish! They sent both a performer and a wonderful helper who kept the kids engaged, played music, and helped everything run smoothly. Our daughter and her friends were completely captivated by the singing and performance. They held the kids' attention for the entire 45 minutes to an hour, which was truly impressive! My daughter is still talking about Maribel and has already asked if Ariel from The Little Mermaid can come to her next birthday party. We would absolutely recommend A Dream Wish Parties and will definitely be hiring them again for future celebrations! read more

My family recently threw me a surprise party for my 18th birthday, and it was so much fun! We are all young at heart, so they got Moana to be there!
