There were some major challenges for my the mortgage loan that was needed, lots of mis/lost-communication not just with the Title Company and First Hawaii Title made it right on their side. My best advice for anyone is to go to the Headquarters and speak with someone in person if any errors occur, the person directing calls is not able to help very much, but if you can get ahold of the president, that's what worked for my case. Sean Kalakau, came in last minute to save my closing day which saved my contract, he's a amazingly helpful person and i'd highly recommend him to anyone to get the job done! He called in a favor for a awesome Notary over the weekend and we were able sign under a very short deadline on 25NOV24. Overall we got what we needed done!
