Diane's Motel has new owners and was recently renovated. It is just beautiful! Take a look at the dark tinted window, the new paint and how clean the place is. Diane's is an all suites motel with many upgrades done inside each unit. This is a huge face-lift for the Broadwalk. I'm sure that this is going to be a sought after location to stay at on Hollywood Beach.

I've stayed at several places on and off the Broadwalk. This was our favorite. Location is perfect if people watching is your thing. The loungers on the patio were our favorite place to be. It was clean inside and out. Fresh towels were dropped off daily. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed. Nick's Bar and Grill can get a little rowdy on weekends and the well- lit hotel exterior can be bright in the room at night. Neither bothered us a bit. But bring a sleep mask and some earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Hope you enjoy as much as we did!

In front of the hotel....!!!! What a vacation...

Spent three nights at Diane's Motel, NEW ADMINISTRATION.... BEAUTIFULLY RENOVATED, PERFECT LOCATION, what I enjoyed the most is that you open your room door and there it is .... THE BEACH....... !!!! If you want an affordable vacation , close to everything.... this is the place.... and now , under the new management... unbelievable...... super clean and tastefully decorated...... !!!!!

Excellent location right across the boardwalk from the beach. I recommend a room on the second floor so you're more removed from the people walking past all day. We found the shared balcony a prime spot for reading and people watching. Centrally located on the 2-mile long boardwalk it's an easy walk to various bars and restaurants. We found plenty to do but I wouldn't classify the nightlife as over rowdy. Our room was clean and beds were comfy and the bathroom had modern fixtures. My biggest complaint was the backdoor didn't have a deadbolt. And there was no "do not disturb" sign. In fact, the woman in charge of cleaning the room entered without our permission when we were on the balcony and about startled us when we discovered her there, even though we had already spoken to her earlier to exchange our towels and told her we didn't need service. But otherwise, we had a nice stay and felt it was a good overall value.

    View from the patio.

Perfect location on Hollywood Beach. Rooms are clean and spacious. You can't get any closer to the beach. Sitting on the patio, people watching on the boardwalk was our favorites part of staying here. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The resort was very clean, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, which set the tone for a relaxing stay. The beach-view balcony room offered beautiful views and was a great place to unwind. While the room was clean and comfortable, some of the furniture and fixtures were starting to show their age and felt a little rough around the edges. One of the best perks was that the resort fee included two beach chairs and an umbrella each day. There are also plenty of food and drink options throughout the resort, making it easy to grab anything from a quick bite to a full meal without leaving the property.

Room wasn't up to cleanliness standards. Broken ironing board. Carpet had MULTIPLE stains. The building has too much wasted space. The lobby is grand and enormous for NO reason. The "spa" is nothing to see. Literally. A small room with a shampoo bowl and manicure table. The complimentary laundry room looked like it got robbed. Visibly broken washers. Dirty ice machine. Couldn't get into the gym. Daily resort fee, even if you don't use their "amenities." Oh, don't sit on the lobby furniture. It's as filthy as the carpet in the room I stayed in. At least the mattress was comfy.

Hollywood Beach Marriott - When I arrived, one of these bottles was off the wall. I called for maintenance. Then two of them were off the wall. Hmm.

The lobby felt small- there was a conference on one side of the main floor and a small lobby, seating area, check in desk and gift shop. The other side was the Latitudes Restaurant and outdoor bar. The hotel is dated, in need of renovations. Especially the bathroom. Cracked tiles in the shower, plus grout stains & the shower floor was very slippery. The views were great- we had an ocean view. This hotel does a good job controlling humidity inside the hotel- which I really wanted to note since most Florida hotels, especially close to the water, have a mildew scent and feel moist. It was dreary and rainy during our stay- but we did get to walk the boardwalk and beach a little in between rain breaks.

I feel like this was a 4.5 with some updates needed. Pool area could use some love imo.

The hotel is well staffed with someone always available to greet you and take care of any questions. We arrived before check in and they were already able to get us into a room which was such a win after an early morning flight down. The rooms are amazing with a separate sitting area and bedroom area. The wall between has a swivel tv stand, so you can spin it a full 180 around to watch in bed. The bathroom has a huge shower with easy entry and a bench in the back. We didn't use much of the kitchenette, but a full fridge, countertop stove, dishwasher, and microwave would make this a great place to stay! The breakfast is included with lots of hot foods and plenty of pastries and fruit. Unfortunately for our stay, they were having maintenance issues with the close elevator broken down and a horrid smell coming from the hallway in between. The biggest perk though is the proximity to Dania Point. We walked over a few times to enjoy the local restaurants and shopping!

The airport was hectic, so we kept an eye out for the SpringHill Suites shuttle van and sign and found it easily. Check-in was fast and smooth. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even provided us with a welcome bag and water thanks to our Marriott status. I also asked for a recommendation for local Caribbean food and she absolutely nailed it! We stayed in a one-bedroom suite with two beds. The room was spacious with a comfortable couch, kitchenette, and desk area. It's a little dated, but honestly totally acceptable for a beach town. The beds were comfy, pillows were plush, and the AC was on point. The bathroom mirror was also fantastic for doing makeup. The hot breakfast in the morning was just what we needed before heading out, and when we realized we forgot a toothbrush they kindly provided one right away. Overall, we'd definitely stay here again because of the friendly staff, great lobby vibe, spacious rooms, and overall convenience. The only downside was the pool closing at 8pm. It would have been nice to at least sit and relax back there later in the evening.

The shuttle stops to pick up additional passengers at the Springhill Suites across the street and then will stop at every cruise ship at the port to drop off passengers.
