I recently stayed at the Premiere for 7 nights. It was a lovely stay. Great location ! Cross the street to the beach. They provide chairs and umbrellas too along with beach towels The rooms were very clean upon arrival and cleaned each day. Plenty of towels along with dish towels Soap and sponge to clean dishes in our kitchen unit The front desk is friendly and accommodating. Pool is clean and our room 212 was nice and quiet tucked into the back corner with sliders and small patio with ocean view There are tables and chairs near the pool along with a snack and soda machine The restaurant' was closed which was disappointing but they said they are opening it again in May for breakfast There are several little coffee shops one block away so it wasn't too much of an inconvenience I would definitely come back here and ask for the same room They also provide parking for free and no added resort fees read more

I am a very picky traveler, and let me start by saying I HIGHLY recommend Premier Hotel, and that I was more than pleased! This is not a "luxury" hotel, but everyone who works here treats every customer as if you were in a five star hotel. The level of customer service is one that I have not seen in a very very long time! I dealt primarily with Adrian and Steve at the front desk, and they are both so kind, friendly, and service-driven! As was everyone I encountered on the housekeeping and maintenance staff! A+! My big thing is cleanliness, and they get an A+ for that. My room was absolutely spotless! I couldn't be more pleased! They have a continental breakfast that includes hot food items. Two pools... beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels for your use... a lovely rooftop deck to enjoy.... Unbelievable value for your money. My boyfriend and I stayed here last December and were blown away. Friendly customer service, beautiful and CLEAN rooms, the comfiest bed, heated pool, spectacular location (right across the street from the ocean), walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, liquor stores, CVS, etc. They might even have free parking, too. But I don't remember, because we did not have a car. We had an amazing time. If we ever visit Fort Lauderdale again, this is where we'll be staying. read more

It served its purpose. The location was perfect. The hotel is very old. We stayed in a one bedroom. Our bathroom smelt like septic for almost the entire week and there was mold on the dresser in the back. The bathrooms are so small. We did luck out and got a nice week of vacation and did not have to be in the room the entire time. The staff was very attentive. As I said it served its purpose but if you are looking for hotel with upgraded amentities this is not the place to stay. read more

My wife and I were in need of a place to stay in Fort Lauderdale and I selected this spot based on reviews and it did not disappoint. The hotel is perfectly located to walk around and find various shops, restaurants, cafes and the beach is right across the road. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and the balcony was great to catch the views of the ocean. The staff was incredibly nice - a big thank you to Steve, such a dedicated, humble person with a tremendous genuine attitude. A friend and I decided to do a girls trip to Fort Lauderdale this week. When planning the trip, we didn't have a clue what hotel to book, so chose this place because of the location and proximity to the beach. We could not have been happier with our decision. The room was clean and had a kitchen which allowed us to have a couple of meals in our room. The views from the balcony were incredible and the salt water pool was every bit as relaxing as an afternoon on the beach. There greenery and outdoor areas are also beautiful touches and the location was walkable to so many excellent bars and restaurants. Last, but not least, the staff were PHENOMENAL from check in to check out and every moment in between. The staff are all amazing from the front desk to housekeeping, you can really tell that they truly care about the quality of service they are providing. What a great find, thanks to Yelp Fort Launderdale I came across this family run hotel. I saved this one to be review #900 of mine, I wanted it to be a five star and it was that and more. Right from the start I received a friendly greeting and details about my stay, the parking, pool, and restaurant. It was nice to hear my request of being as far from the elevator as possible, I hate hearing, ding, ding, ding as I'm trying to sleep. I was in room #211 which I liked because my windows were facing the street and the outside of the building, and not the walkway. Being a single traveler at times security is primary and the privacy is a perk too. My room was very clean, bed comfortable and the flat screen Samsung TV was really nice to catch one of the playoff games on. A couple of room quirks, electrical outlets by the toaster, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator are lacking, there is a power strip. It would be easy to add an outlet or a longer power strip. I had to keep moving the coffee maker up/down to set it up. No big deal, and remember, most times you don't get these amenities to be able to make a quick breakfast or bring in your dinner leftovers from their wonderful restaurant to make for lunch. The staff is wonderful, cleaning ladies all said hello as you went by, same for when you went through the lobby. Same for the restaurant which I'll do a separate review for. The location can't be beat, you're right across the street from the water and beach, along this stretch no building are on the beach so this is as close as it gets. Walk-able to many places to eat, or grab a drink, you even can walk to Sunrise and go to a huge mall called the Galleria, I did pick up a flyer in the lobby to see what was there, but had no interest in shopping especially in a mall. Hellooo, the ocean and beach is right there, not going to catch me in a stinking mall. But it's there if you're so inclined. If you walk in the opposite direction you can walk to Los Olas Blvd. and towards more shops and places to eat, downtown and the art museum, but if you're not into longer walks you might want to Uber or drive. Which reminds me they do have parking at this hotel. I'm already looking forward to my next visit, I plan to stay longer and I may even drive down from Chicago because this place is dog friendly and my dog would love it here. If you're into the big fancy resort, this isn't it. However, if you're into a laid back friendly family vaca vibe, you'll really enjoy this place. I know I did. read more

I give this hotel 4 start because it could use some updating. Staff is very friendly and I have to say I was impressed they cleaned our room without having to call to have room cleaned. To me service is more important than how the room looks and the staff does it or breaks it for some of these hotels. The hotel does have 2 small pools and it's right in front of beach which is a plus. They also give you beach chairs and towels and free breakfast. Very few pools are set at 93 degrees which is absolutely relaxing - some people call this a "poolcuzi." For those of us who love pools but are sensitive to colder pools, the Premiere is a stand out. In addition, it's close to everything: town, the beach, etc. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff is overall kind and helpful. There is a nice bar and restaurant open from 6pm and on that is on-site. During my most recent stay on the days of July 10th and 11th, the deeper half (aka the "adult" half) of the heated pool was nearly completely opaque cloudy light blue. In other words, when I stood over it and looked down, I could not see through the water to the bottom. It was almost entirely opaque and cloudy. This is a sign of either a pool with unbalanced chemicals or an unclean pool, whether from urine, lotions, debris, bird feces, or other unsanitary conditions. As the owner of a co-op with a shared, heated salt water pool, I am fully aware that a well-maintained pool is clear, such that the swimmer can see through to the bottom. Furthermore, a quick google will show you in every result that a cloudy, opaque, light blue pool where you cannot see the bottom is a sign that something is wrong and that you should not swim in it until it has been remedied and is again clear. In a previous stay (March 2020) I was upset that while the pool was clear, it had overhanging tree debris, in the deep / adult end of the pool. These debris were not cleaned out and were still there the next day. However, at least the pool was clear, and I could see that it was not a nice environment to swim at that moment. I have attached that photo. Even more concerning was seeing on the last two days of my more recent stay that the water was so cloudy that I couldn't see through it (an opaque light blue, while standing right over it). I wouldn't be able to even know what was on the bottom. I have attached a photo that I took while standing over the pool the morning after I saw the opaque blue water. Also, while it is a smaller concern, during this visit there was a random stash of way too many pool items that just get thrown into the pool every day, unfortunately on the deep end. I did bring this to the hotel's attention and was told, too bad, don't worry about it, it's cleaned every night, the 4th of July is a busy time. Of course, this is not an adequate response. For a hotel that is otherwise kept clean and sanitary, the pool should be of the highest concern. Other hotels do it. Why not this one? read more

I stayed here three times in the last few months for 8 or 9 days or so each time as I have been looking to buy property in Fort Lauderdale. It is centered over two buildings each with their own pool. The hotel is right on the beach by the bigger much expensive properties. The single room with a double bed is an absolute steal at around $75 a night out of peak season going up to around $110 during the winter. If you are on your own and can get one if these go for it! I like staying here especially for extended periods because elsewhere can get expensive, the rooms are very clean too. They have a restaurant that serves pretty great pasta, it seems to have suddenly got much better run as well so not sure in new people are in charge if it. read more

It's located right on the strip and the best part!!! It's walking distance from the beach. Like...2-3 min walk to the beach! I LOVED IT! The weather in Ft. Lauderdale is great; this place also has a pool for customers who want to relax and not head to the beach. Why? Because they offer: -Free Wi-Fi -Free Water bottles -Free parking in the garage -Free umbrella, towels and chairs to head to the beach. -Complimentary slippers in the room I had made my reservation with the wonderful Fred and upon arriving at check-in; I was greeted by the lovely Mario. Everyone is really nice and provides wonderful customer service. The rooms are tile floors and offers a small TV inside, the beds are super comfortable. The room and the bathroom were clean and in great shape. I truly enjoyed my stay here! Premiere gives you ever reason to stay at their hotel. The beach views from the room are impeccable. You can't beat the location, customer service and, of course, the price. I booked on Booking. com and received a great rate! I would strongly encourage everyone to book at the Premiere when in Ft. The BEST value!! Aside from great location, clean rooms, beautiful property/pool/sun deck-- the front desk staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. It made a huge difference in our vacation having free towels, chairs, umbrella, parking, and relaxed policy about using said amenities for a few hours after checkout since we had a late evening flights. I wish more hotels realized how much these little things can improve a guest's experience. Added bonus: the #11 bus stops right outside the hotel and brings you right to downtown Las Olas for only $2. Will definitely come back here on our next trips to Fort Lauderdale! read more

If negative stars were available.... my room mates and i have had this place booked for a couple months now for our spring break. today, the hotel decided to cancel on us, blaming it on us personally saying we cancelled the room ourselves. I went ahead and called to ask why and see what there was to do to help. The person who answered the phone should be FIRED for the way he talked down to me, accused me of being too immature to book a hotel, Im 22 and have booked rooms in the past. I was called "stupid and dumb" and was also lied to saying the phone connection was bad because the worker simply didn't know the answer to my question. "how many times do i have to tell u to wait til my manager is here to help you" "You guys need to stop calling we don't know what happened to you room its not our fault" I have my email reservation receipts, the credit card has been charged, and they are saying it is not their fault that the rooms are not available anymore after they've been reserved now since December. My room mates and I are now extremely pissed and have nowhere to stay. They will not refund as because they're saying we never paid, once again i have the credit card receipts. I have never experiences such bad customer service, such a rude and horrible man speaking to a young lady like this is completely asinine and truly shows that this hotel is unorganized and unprofessional. We had probably 20 other friends staying here as well and now none of us are due to the lack of respect and communication with this hotel. Thank you for not giving me and my friends our $1200 back as we are just so rich being in college and can totally afford to just book a new place! If you are considering staying here and the location works for you I highly recommend this hotel. They even have beach chairs, umbrellas! We normally like to try new places in Florida, we go about 2-3 times a year. We will for sure be coming back to this hotel, I don't even care to go to any other hotel besides this one now. Excellent customer service, the desk attendants, cleaners, waiter at their restaurant all were so friendly and informative! We enjoyed all of them as well as the perfect location.. right across from the ocean, space for parking, clean white nice room, great size closet space and clean walk in shower! I can not say enough good things about this place for someone whose considering coming here to understand how great it is! There are 2 pools, umbrellas towels and chairs for the beach and resturaunt located on location that serves great smoothies and super delicious Nutella pretzel pancakes, the waiter there is very professional and made sure to take care of everyone, still having nice conversation with everyone there. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of the beautiful hotel when we first walked in, they are all of the room right before leaving the hotel. This place is wonderful, if i ever return to Fort Lauderdale i will absolutely stay here again. After searching far and wide and looking at all the big name hotels on the beach i came across this place and saw all the great reviews. Not only was the cost right but it seemed they offered a lot of other benefits for free. The reviews did NOT lie. This place is great, Going to the beach? FREE umbrellas, towels, and chairs. No parking spots available late at night? FREE valet. Need internet? Free WIFI. Hung over at 6am checking out the next morning? They gave us FREE water. This is a family run operation i believe and they are doing everything right. The room was spotless and the bathrooms were gorgeous with brand new sinks, toilets, and showers. They have free high speed wifi and direct TV which has tons of channels. I honestly have no complaints with this entire place, unfortunately there is construction going on next door so it could get noisy in the morning but there's nothing they could do about that. They are also renovating the entire building themselves so if you could get past the appearance of the building, its under construction. The rooms did not suffer at all though and they were perfect. These people were great and i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. You are literally steps from the beach and within minutes of great bars and restaurants in the area. I originally rented an air bnb for my stay. As soon as I walked in it was an immediate no. I searched reviews frantically online to find a hotel and Premier stood out. I knew I found a good place when the guy in front of me checking out was booking his stay for the following year. They were able to accommodate me and my small dog in a moments notice the same night. It turned out to be the best hotel stay I've ever had!!! Ocean front view, clean rooms (for some reason it smelled like ice cream to me) friendly wonderful staff, and amazing location. All the amenities of the pools and restaurants were just bonuses. Parking, check in/out was so easy, if I ever find myself in ft Lauderdale again, I will never settle for anything less than the Premier!! read more

I really like this hotel. I've stayed here twice and enjoyed my experience both times. The white mid century modern buildings surrounded by trees stand out as something special amidst the high rise hotels along the Fort Lauderdale beach A1A strip. The rooms are very bright and clean and updated. The service is always friendly and helpful and extra blankets and towels and things of that sort are offered willingly. There are two small pools, a good hotel bar and plenty of complimentary parking. We've never stayed at cleaner hotel. The staff is phenomenal. The complementary breakfast was an added bonus. Two pools to choose from, one in the courtyard that gets very little sun, but is heated and the other one gets tons of sun, and offers about nine chairs.
