Got in my vehicle to drive home. had to have my steering wheel turned like I was making a left hand turn to go straight. Had other mechanics look at it only to find out nothing is wrong with my vehicle. took it to another local place to get an alignment to be told again nothing is wrong with my vehicle they just messed with it and did not do an alignment. If you are getting your alignments here "BUYER BEWARE" This…read morevehicle's camber was out in the rear and instead of trying to figure out what was causing it, they installed these shims, busted the bearing cover, and never told the customer. The shims they used were wrong, the way they were installed was wrong. The correct after-market shim should have been a full-contact shim. But then again the underlying problem should have been fixed first. They were going to charge the customer $158 for this on top of the alignment charge. If this is how they do their alignments you have to wonder how they do other services. I'm a retired ASE-certified tech with over 50 years of experience and ran a shop for over 25 years. I ask for customer feedback good or bad. instead, this shop asked the customer and me to leave and never come back! I would have apologized to the customer and replaced the broken bearing and depending on the tech's experience I would have retrained or fired.
