During the home search process, he toured potential…read moreproperties and recorded videos highlighting all the relevant details, giving me a thorough preview of each home. When evaluating a property, he prioritized investigating every detail--sometimes literally digging around--to make sure it was safe and sound. He took the time to understand my priorities and helped me purchase a property I'm truly excited about. The property needed some updates and changes, and Kevin helped with the heavy lifting by making a list, identifying the key issues, and helping prioritize the work that needed to be done. When I shared everything Kevin was helping me with, friends were surprised. They said their realtors were no longer involved after the sale. Kevin clearly loves the process of matching homes with buyers. I'm grateful for his help and support.

We were introduced to him through a close friend who had worked with him before, and I can see why they recommended Kevin's team. Kevin is highly organized, ambitious, and one of the hardest-working people we've ever met. From the start, he came to us with a clear vision: make thoughtful improvements to maximize appeal to buyers. He handled the entire process seamlessly, managing every detail and going above and beyond to keep expectations aligned every step of the way. If you're buying or selling in San Francisco, we'd recommend Kevin without hesitation. He truly puts his heart into his work.

John helped us get it and done he never wavered in his persistence to help my wife and I start our lives. He was extremely responsive whenever we needed him to be and he was extra vigilant on new homes coming onto the market so that we could get first looks. He also went to bat for us numerous times against other selling agents. When John took a vacation, he set us up to work with Bruno Baldini who mirrored John's professionalism, courtesy and communication. This realty group is definitely reliable. I honestly feel that this group's expansive network and experience is what helped us land the best house within our budget.

Always selling beautiful homes in our Potrero Hill neighborhood in San Francisco…read more Home quality offerings, videos, photography and staging are stellar. In an extremely competitive San Francisco real estate market where buyers are acquiring $1 million above listing prices means having either a buyers or sellers agent is critical in having the hyper local neighborhood real estate expertise, insights, marketing, deep knowledge of local market value.

My wife and I spent 15 years in the East Bay dreaming about moving back to San Francisco, but when…read morewe finally decided to make it happen, we came to the search pretty unfocused. We knew what we wanted (classic SF character, water views, a walkable and vibrant neighborhood) but had no clear sense of where to find it all or how to think about our budget. We needed more than a real estate agent; we needed someone who could help us find the dream itself. Danielle Lazier at Vivre Real Estate became our buyer's agent, and she was exactly that person. She listened carefully, zeroed in quickly on what would feel like home to us, and brought real clarity to how our budget aligned with home values on the ground. She was direct and always available, without ever making us feel rushed. We found a stunning co-op apartment in Russian Hill with breathtaking views. Danielle's strategic pricing advice helped us craft a winning offer, and her expertise navigating the additional complexities of a co-op transaction was invaluable. She connected us with excellent vendors, guided us through contingencies, and kept us calm through closing. If you're a home buyer trying to navigate San Francisco's uniquely complex real estate market, there is no one more qualified to have in your corner. She turned a vague old dream into our actual home, and we couldn't be more grateful.

I don't need a real estate agent to be super nice, but he was extremely rude to my roommate's mom. We are just two young girls trying to live in San Francisco.. any mom would want to make sure that their child rent a place with a landlord who is not sketchy at all. Robert didn't even bother giving any reassurances to us. He literally wrote our landlord's address as "Corner liquor store" to whom we're paying our rent to on the renter's contract. We even had to argue with him just to get this info written. His partner gaslighted me when I mentioned my concern about sex offenders in the area as we had to sign Data Base Disclosure. I've never had to sign anything like this before, so I actually appreciated Robert for disclosing what had happened in the past regarding the property. His partner, on the other hand, said to me that my roommate and I shouldn't worry about sex offenders because we are big adults living in SF who don't need to worry about these stuff.

When Bob found out that I hadn't yet given a 30 day notice at my current home he told me "I wasn't serious about moving," and that I "wasn't going to waste his time". He then said I may be able to go to an open house next week--which seems unsafe and potentially illegal during a shelter in place. In any case, since he provided no details about the open house before he hung up on me, he was presumably lying. It seems to me that not allowing certain people to see your listing is rude and bad business at best, and potentially discriminatory at worst.

We initially connected with her through our business school alumni network and already knew of her stellar reputation, as she had successfully helped two of our friends navigate their own home puchases/ sales in the city. The current SF market is moving incredibly fast--especially with the recent AI boom--and because inventory is so tight, finding accurate comps for a unique property can be a challenge. We had done a significant amount of "homework" before reaching out, but Laura's insight was invaluable. After working with her for a week, we were impressed by her market knowledge-- the data was well-supported by nuanced judgement that confirmed our own research and gave us much-needed confidence in our valuation. Ultimately, we decided not to put our home on the market at this time, but this process gave us a glimpse into the level of professionalism and expertise Laura brings to a real transaction. We would not hesitate to recommend her to any of our friends or colleagues looking for a sharp, reliable RE advisor in San Francisco.

She is exactly who you need in a market this competitive. Her knowledge of the area is exceptional. She doesn't just know listings, she knows neighborhoods, buildings, and pricing trends in a way that lets you move fast and with confidence. That mattered enormously - I saw a flat at 10am and was in contract by 3pm the same day, because she understood immediately that it was the right fit and helped me act on it without hesitation. Before I even started looking, Valerie took the time to really understand what I was looking for and what would actually work within my budget, so we weren't wasting time on places that didn't make sense. That upfront investment made everything after it so much smoother. And when it came time to negotiate, she was excellent, sharp, strategic, and clearly experienced at getting favorable outcomes in a market where every moment counts. What stood out most, though, was how much she genuinely cares. This isn't just a transaction for her, Valerie is invested in doing right by her clients. If you're buying in SF, she's the agent you want in your corner.
