Nero is kind of a scrum. He was super helpful when he gets to buy you property. When you decided to go with someone else, he took forever to drop the exclusive agreement he signed with you. When you ping him again, he "reluctantly" pinged his boss to invalidate the agreement, but never followed up. In a way, he is drive solely by money and I would not recommend him. read more

It was a pleasure to have Nero work for us. Nero made the sale of our property possible, we wouldn't been able to close if it were not for his efforts, he went above and beyond his responsibility as an agent. From the start Nero was extremely professional, always getting back in a timely manner, very polite and knowledgeable. The trouble started when the neighbors of the property thwarted our attempts to sell by owner, they would scare off the potential buyers by allowing their pit bull dog onto our property. I called Nero after I got to the end of my rope. I was not living in the area of the property so making any arrangement to fix issues with communication or show this the property was impossible. Nero wrote us a detailed timeline to follow to get the property ready to sell. He showed up at the property and met with contractors for necessary work in our absence. He addressed the neighbors in professional manner but within legal parameters as to hold them accountable for their actions. As soon as the neighbors knew a person who knew the law and was professional was dealing with the property, they immediately changed their tune. After all that drama the property was quickly listed and sold within a couple of days of being on the MLS. Would have been a great story with just that alone but it doesn't stop there. In escrow the title company came across an issue with a law suit pertinent to the property, the title company wanted us to file a quiet title in order to issue title insurance, quiet title takes months if not years and cost thousands. I thought the sell was not gonna happen and be cancelled but some how Nero was able to provide evidence (documents he obtained from the court) to the title company that showed due diligence had been served to the previous owners and therefore they could not have an interest in the property anymore. He went beyond anything I could have imagined. If I ever have any property needs in San Mateo County or San Francisco I would not hesitate to contact Nero. I've worked with Agents before but Nero is by far the most knowledgeable,and friendly agent I've encountered. He is super pleasant to work with. Plus knowing that he truly has a passion for this and doesn't do it just for the money says a lot about his ethics and I can definitely support that. read more
