We hired Diaz Painting to paint the exterior of our home last month, and they did an amazing painting job! These guys drove from the Corona/Riverside area to our home daily and showed up on time. We felt the pricing was fair for the size of our home, and the overall value for the work done was excellent. For only two painters, they were able to complete the work in the timeframe we were quoted, which was great. However, there were a few communication and cleanup issues that prevented this from being a 5-star experience. As a military family, we were grateful for the military discount provided by the project manager, Fermin. He was highly professional, communicative, and even included a few complimentary touch-ups, like refreshing our light fixtures and painting the side garage door.  Unfortunately, property care at the end of the project fell short. The crew removed our security camera bases to ensure an even paint job but didn't notify us where they were placed. We had to search our yard and eventually found them stashed inside our outdoor cat house and a flower bed. Additionally, the side garage door weatherstripping was removed for painting and left off. Even if the crew intentionally left it off to allow the paint to dry completely, failing to communicate that instruction to us, left us to figure it out and reinstall it ourselves.  The painting itself deserves praise, and the project manager provided our full paid receipt and warranty information as requested. However, better attention to detail regarding communication and final cleanup is needed. We were happy to support a business in the Inland Empire. read more

Joel and his team did an amazing job transforming my garage. The epoxy floor turned out great. Yhe finish looks incredibly clean and really elevated the overall look of the space. They also painted the garage, and the color matched perfectly with the epoxy, which made the entire space come together. The garage honestly looks brand new now. I hired Diaz Painting to paint the interior of my house including hall ways doors along with replacing all base boards, window and door trims and door hinges. He even fixed my bathroom door that was too hard to open and close . They sanded down previously painted spots, repaired holes and patched a ceiling in my bedroom from previous water damage before I replaced my roof. We received several quotes for getting the outside of our home painted. Diaz Painting was not only the cheapest, but the friendliest. It took us some time to actually book them due to the long HOA approval process. Diaz Painting was patient, and still honored the original quote that they wrote us. Once we finally decided to book them, they were able to come out in three days to begin the job. These men were extremely professional, friendly, and got the job done very quickly. Unfortunately, we did decide to change the trim color, so we incurred an additional fee, but these men went above and beyond - driving to go get more paint samples for us. Ok, not even sure where to start here. I just had the worst experience with a different contractor (1 star review pending there!), so I called Diaz Painting to come in and fix what the other crew had messed up. I had a very disappointing experience with Dias Painting. 1) Joe delayed giving me the sample color by over 3 weeks, wasted my time waiting for him several times. 2) Joe did a poor job in estimation, had lots of difficulties when paining one side of the wall, and kept trying to ask me to exclude that part from the agreed contract. 3) while the painting job was fine, they severely damaged my camera system and the backyard shade control, and Joe refused to take the responsibility to fix them, which now is going to cost me several hundred dollars. 4) they also slightly damaged the cover of my greenhouse. 5) works dragged the work for unnecessarily long period of time: they stopped work on the second day claiming the weather was bad, but it was simply cloudy. While Joe promised the work be done in 4 days, they barely got it done in 6 days, and it was only because I will start traveling on the next day and they want the money before I travel. Overall very disappointing experience, would not recommend working with Joe. read more

Requested for my garage and trim around the house to be painted black and they did a great job with the painting. Some accidents happened where the gate they were coming in and out of became jammed not too sure if they were slamming it hard or what and some of my solar lights became broken when they where using the ladder and placing it were the lights were located and on plants but other than that their work was great and did their work effortlessly. They did a great job. I didnt have the exact color match just a phone sample. They painted the garage door and they told me that it isnt right, it was too light. Ultimately this company earned FIVE STARS from us because they did not quit until we were entirely satisfied with their service! The quality was visible with the attention to detail we expected at the final inspection. We had gone through marking with bits of painter's tape where we found minor fixable issues. At that point, I might not have given the 5 stars, but they persisted. We were won over. Over the course of the project, Joel Diaz made himself available to take calls, answer text messages and exchange photographs so our expectations were met. They even went over and above the call of duty to make sure we were happy with the complete project. At first, the cost of paint seemed high, but when we saw the finished interior and exterior work, we knew the home would show well to potential buyers on the market and we were satisfied it was the right decision.
