Very unethical law firm. I would recommend you steer clear of this firm. The head of the firm, Gerald W Dibble, was recently suspended from practicing law. He was found guilty of professional misconduct. It was concluded that Gerald Dibble violated the following provisions of the Rules of Professional Conduct (22 NYCRR 1200.0): rule 8.4 (c)-engaging in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation; rule 8.4 (d)-engaging in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice; and rule 8.4 (h)-engaging in conduct that adversely reflects on his fitness as a lawyer. Something is not quite up to snuff with this firm. When I lost trust, I notified them four times by email that I was ending my relationship and wanted a reimbursement of unused retainer. Despite signing an agreement saying they would quickly respond and reimburse any unused fees I have yet to hear a word from this firm. While I spoke several times on the phone with Mr. Dibble, and he wrote a letter for me, I paid the law firm a $3,000 retainer. I don't think a letter and several phone calls adds up to $3,000. If you are a 'targeted individual,' I would be reluctant to hire this firm to investigate your claims. read more

Yeah right gerald w dibble and the entire attorneys at the dibble and miller law firm in rochester new york stole my daughters injury claim o when I went to contact the bar asso and atty grievance along with the entire law enforcement team along with other lawyers they refused to enforce the laws on gerald w dibble and gerard f norton because they started trouble and tried really hard to throw my daughter in the psych ward so I contacted higher authorities and now their party of bullying and thieveries are over and are under investigation for other crimes in the past and are being watched very carefully. read more
