I recently went to the diced location in Pembroke Pines. I arrived there and noticed that there was no one in the lobby waiting for their food so I thought that I would be in and out. Unfortunately that was not the case. It took 15 mins to get my carry out order as I watched the employees not proactive in getting my food ready. I finally got the order and took it home. Unfortunately when I arrived at home they had messed up my order. They did not add chicken and instead of the cilantro dressing, they put siracha and way too much. It upset my stomach to say the least. My concern is that it isn't the first time that I had a poor experience at this location. I love the salads so want to continue to give them the benefit of the doubt but I am discouraged. read more

I had such high hopes for this restaurant. I am in this plaza all the time and it would have been great to have a place to grab a quick lunch, but even though the decor is spot on, the food is just so-so. I ordered a salad and none of the dressings blew me away. I also got chips and pico de gallo. The chips were oddly flavored and the pico had an over-powering vinegar flavor. Excellent fresh food. Tried for the first time on Sunday ordered again on Tuesday. It's hard to find gluten-free fresh quality ingredients and diced is perfect for those with allergies such as myself. So glad we found a new place for take out. Spring green umbrellas outside caught my eyes, but the variety of menu choices kept my hangry guts's attention. A newbie to Diced, the friendly ladies (Kayla & Andrea) at the register were knowledgeable of the menu which helped me make a tastier choice! Mike, Gabriel and Abraham were diligently helping coach their coworkers, cook my order, and still had managed to greet me and other guests feel welcomed! I jealously checked out the awesome decor, do my home next guys! Vibrant colors w a trendy modern eco friendly steampunk vibe. While checking out the cool light fixtures, in record time I was presented w my scrumptious quinoa, cucumber, corn, veggie chicken bowl w garlic cilantro sauce. Fast service, friendly people! I live 20 mins away and to get home and have the order that I paid for be incorrect is very fristrating. I first tried diced in their Kendall location and am happy they're finally in Pembroke Pines ! This place is great if you are looking for a healthy meal. I always get their wraps but usually get it without rice or sauce to keep it as healthy as possible. But their sauces are amazing if you want to add them. read more

I have to say I don't go here often but I found a combination I liked. I ordered online, arrived 10 minutes after the ready time I was supposed to receive the food and it wasn't ready. I waited another 10 minutes and asked if it's being completed and the preparer says it's being made. Waited again and nothing. To wait for 30 minutes to prepare a bowl that everything is already pre-made makes no sense. I ended up asking for a refund and left with no dinner. I would say the quality of food is good, the service is not. If they are busy they can't seem to handle the volume and you will end up waiting awhile for something that is basic. I didn't give them a 1 because the manager was apologetic and was prepared to make the bowl but after waiting 30 to prepare a bowl, I was done at that point. Like I said, I didn't come here often but was just starting to enjoy the bowls but once I get bad service, I won't be coming back. There is enough food choices around to have to walk out empty handed after waiting for so long. read more

So glad to have a Diced in the Pines! The service was great on my first visit. On my second visit today, they got my order wrong. They made my bowl with chicken vs. steak (glad I checked before leaving). I had free chips and pico from my last visit which they didn't include in my to go bag. I had to ask for it as well. Can't wait for the location to get online ordering like the other Diced locations. The location is fresh so I hope the service improves to match that of their other locations. read more

I honestly love the food from this place, but I was pretty annoyed last time when I ordered a pineapple cilantro smoothie and only got a pineapple smoothie. I called when I got home (because that's when I realized that they did not make my smoothie correctly), and the woman that I spoke to on the phone was very nice. She said that she could either remake the smoothie or send a coupon code to my email. Since I was already home I asked her to send a coupon. Today, (two days later) I called them to remake my smoothie and they literally wouldn't let me take the smoothie because I didn't have 52 cents (even though it was an exchange). I went to get a dollar from my mother, who was waiting in the parking lot, and explained that to the cashier when I got back. She apologized, but I'm honestly kind of annoyed that the workers would get so stingey over two quarters after they made it wrong the first time.
