Who knew cooking along a group of strangers in a strangers home could be so effortless? Ayesha made everything very easy. I attended the This Is It - Lamb course. We cooked a delicious salad, okra, lamb kebabs and lamb Rogan Josh. Every bite of each dish was out of this world. The food was lighter than Indian cuisine I've had in the past, I noticed she didn't use nearly as much cream as some recipes I've seen.
