I recently visited here while I was in Miami. I wanted to try something new to eat since I was in the area looking for something healthy. The restaurant was similar to a place I was at in Bristol Virginia and I understood the concepts. I ordered a particular wrap and after waiting 15 minutes for my food I received it. I know I had the vegan option though I am not vegan thankfully i just wanted a healthy meal. After nearly completing eating my food, i learned that they gave me the wrong food and I ate a completely different item. They presented me my right wrap that I ordered on top of a $5 off coupon to come back next time as an apology. that I can't use since this location doesn't exist back home in the Chicago area. I'm not overly upset about it just because I have no dietary restrictions but if this was someone who actually is a vegetarian or a vegan ( and I wasn't told about what wrap I actually got) they probably would have freaked out. I do love the kind gestures so the company was good on their part if this was anyone else it might have been a different story. They were really busy but they did happen to screw up a few other people's orders besides mine. Price point was a little expensive as well but again the company made it up to me. read more

We always order thru Uber Eats but somehow the orders keep getting messed up. This time the kids asked for diced so I decided to make the trek and save on the fees and wrong orders. It all makes sense now... I started ordering and was told there are no peppers. Cool no problem. They asked if I want jalepenos instead LOL. same family but def the complete opposite. Maybe she was new, no problem. Order placed. 5 mins later a guy comes out to tell me out of cucumbers. I said ok you guys are out of that and peppers? He said no we have jalepenos. I said the menu shows peppers. He said yeah we have jalepenos. I'm like no, those are two different items he said no they are the same. I had to show on the menu. Got a bit fed up with the attitude and asked to cancel part of my order since I didn't want just lettuce and tomato. Magically someone else comes out 2 mins later saying so sorry. We have cucumbers. We got a bad order earlier but now have fresh diced ones. Great!! I'll keep my order then. Hands me my order 5 mins later. Come home sit down to eat...no cucumber in the wrap....he out them on the side in a container...for a wrap LOLOLOLOLLL. Sorry guys, this is not ok ever. I do appreciate the ordering kiosk that is available if someone else is ordering at the counter or if you're indecisive and want to see a picture menu. My wrap and smoothie tasted fresh and had good flavors. We both enjoyed the plentiful options for the base, proteins, toppings, and sauces. Our wait for the dine-in option was reasonable considering the dicing and assembling of ingredients. The interior has plenty of seating options, from booths to high table to low tables. Outdoor seating is also available. My wife and I enjoyed the many ingredients and their individual flavors. Cool place. This is a build your own healthy option restaurant. The interior is simple and clean. Lots of wood and open ceilings. You order at the counter and take a number to your seat. The food came out quickly and was super fresh. Fantastic presentation and very tasty. The guy that took our order was very helpful with his advice. The menus is a bit confusing. If you skip item #2 in your choice, you can add an extra topping. I was disappointed that if you skip item #6 (cheese), there is no substitute. They offer several vegan options but NO Vegan cheese. Pros: - Great Low-carb options - Seed-oil free - Reasonable prices - Organic tofu - Healthy, delicious options - Mon-Sat closes at 10:00pm, Sunday closes at 9:00pm Cons: - Vinaigrette was too plain (I hope they add a tastier Vinaigrette in the future, similar to their competition, preferably an Herb Vinaigrette that does *not* contain any sweetener nor seed oils, please) - No greek salad dressing (I hope they add one in the future, similar to their competition, but that does *not* contain any sweetener nor seed oils, please) - Utensils were already placed inside the salad when they brought it to my table, would've preferred individually wrapped utensils instead - Salad plate could've been larger, the current size makes it impossible for one to mix the dressing into the salad before eating (I had to pour the dressing over it without mixing until it had eaten about 1/3 of it, then I was able to add more and mix properly) - Music was too loud Overall, very pleased, would definitely go back, but will probably bring my own dressing and utensils next time. I had to be in Pembroke Pines for work and this location made it worthwhile to go to the area! It was very easy to make an order online. I got a bowl and chose my contents, so naturally, I selected all of the vegetables that are included in the price of a bowl: corn, spring mix, spinach, tomato, onions, cucumber, peppers, carrots, pico. I love that you can select more than one of the 3 bean options without an extra charge (black beans, pinto beans, chickpeas). I chose brown rice for my base and shrimp for my protein. The brown rice was tender enough to blend well with the rest of the bowl, and the shrimp was seasoned enough to flavor the surrounding vegetables. The ordering system sends you text messages when they've received the order and have prepared it, so you know when you can pick it up. I have definitely been to other businesses in the strip mall without realizing they were tucked in a corner! I was surprised to be greeted warmly by the staff when I walked in (led by a gentleman who looked like the manager), and one of the staff came to the counter to find my order and hand it off right away. I probably spent about 20 seconds in the restaurant but I could see that it was well kept. I do like the square plates and bowls they use for eat in meals, to give it a nice modern touch. The 20 second stay with the on time order preparation definitely demonstrated efficiency. I could tell my order was fresh by how warm it still was and from each individual ingredient in my bowl. I'm sorry I don't have a picture of it because I was SO hungry when I opened it. But take my word that it was filled to the brim of the square bowl with fresh vegetables, that seasoned shrimp, tender brown rice and fresh shredded mozzarella (you can choose that or cheddar). I asked for sauces on the side, so I was able to choose how much sauce to pour onto the bowl. The vegetables are for the most part not seasoned, so the sauces can choose your eating adventure. I got the Spicy Guava which had the slight kick I wanted but was definitely more sweet than I wanted it to be. I then had the Spicy Aioli which I loved. More spiciness and the garlic flavor meant me mixing it into my bowl and scraping the cup it came in to get every drop of it. If you're in the area, this is a great healthy stop by for lunch or dinner! I'd definitely return to dine in if I can! read more

This 5 stars is mostly because I'm thankful that there is a solid healthy "fast food" option out here. The lack of options is pretty saddening. My sibling would always go here so when I was staying at the nearby hospital and was craving something nutritious, I found myself ordering from here multiple times. I ordered for my mom once and she's now addicted. Within a week, she got food there twice, and was upset that I didn't go a 3rd time for her. The space is bright and welcoming. The associates are always nice and helpful. My sibling thinks that he's shortchanged in regards to their meat. But I think the food is plentiful; enough for 2 people/meals. Actually, the wraps are a bit much that I rather get the bowl and control the wrap size myself. Since Sweet Tomatoes closed down, my parents have been a little sad. Alright, so let's start with the bad stuff first, hence the 4 and not 5 stars. Price, this place is not cheap, however, I felt the ingredients were perfect and fresh. A lot of places are serving hard avocado right now, but not this place. Also, seating is pretty uncomfortable. We sat in a booth and it wasn't very nice to my bottom, or arms on the table. Very hard surfaces all around. Besides those two things, I loved this place. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food was EXCELLENT and portions were PERFECT. I recommend the forbidden rice as your foundation and also the sauce trio on the side, so you can mix it in yourself. I'd even order extra sauce because it was that good. I also had a banana and strawberry smoothie which was great! Their music selection was also really good. Elite tip, don't buy a water or a drink for that reason unless it's a smoothie. This location is in west Pembroke Pines near the corner of Pines Blvd & Dykes Road. Very convenient. I like going here because I know I'm getting fresh, healthy & tasty food at a decent price. Years ago I kept saying we need to have more healthy restaurants west of I-75 so I'm glad it's happening now. Although they offer a variety of food options, I typically get the build your bowl. So good. They now have vegan chick'n!!! Guys!!! This makes me so happy! Vegans, vegetarians & meat eaters can eat here with plenty of options for all diets. This needs to be the norm everywhere. They have a lot of fresh ingredients to choose from. They also have their own sauces which I love! I prefer to get them on the side and I like to do the mix of the 3 main sauces. In that mix they add guava sauce which is amazing and gives it a kick of sweet to it. There are plenty of seats to pick from and have great music playing over head. I really enjoyed my steak bowl with forbidden rice. The veggies and everything else was so fresh and tasty. They have a sign that says something like food you can trust. It is true. The food is just perfect. The steak had great flavor. I highly recommend the forbidden black rice. It is definitely worth the upcharge. Not only does it taste delicious but it also has so ma y health benefits. The guy at the register was so nice. I even signed up for the rewards program. The only issue I have is the sauces. I am not sure if it is me or them. Probably both. I got the tomato basil one on the side and it was loaded with mayo. I did not like it. Luckily it was not mixed in to my bowl. I added my own red wine vinegar at home and really enjoyed it. But the bowl really did not even need sauce because it tasted good on it's own. The other sauces they have, and there are many, did not appeal to me. I am not really that picky. I was really surprised that this was the only sauce that appealed to me. Nooo it's not a casino game or monopoly but here you roll to eat healthy. No matter what you order it is filled with great nutrition. I would say it's like chipotle style except to a few exceptions. When you order a salad you strictly have to get salad you can't add rice on top and you can't get half chicken, half steak without them charging you for double meat. I feel like you should just order a rice bowl or a wrap because the salad becomes expensive and it doesn't fill you up. However, you can get extra lettuce and spinach as a topping if you're just on a diet or something. Overall, places like these are the best because not only are the bowls, wraps, and salads customizable but even the smoothies are. You can make anything to your liking. You also need extra sauce to make your bowl have flavor. That's the cost of being health conscious tho, everything taste plain. Cilantro sauce is the best tho. Service is great. A healthy food option introduced to the Westfork Plaza in Pines! The new and improved Westfork plaza (well, not so new anymore) is still adding new additions. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw them building this restaurant in the little nook next to Regal. It's right next to Mantra and Vicky's. I first caught wind of them opening by their little marketing scheme of supposedly renaming Dykes Rd to Diced Rd. I wasn't too keen to figure out that this was all a hoax but their marketing worked because I drove over to see if it was true. When I found out it wasn't, I felt betrayed but not betrayed enough to not give the place a try. I mean, I was right next to the plaza anyways. When I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the staff and was assisted right away with how their system of ordering works. I was expecting another chipotle-style restaurant of ordering like an assembly line, watching them put it all together but it's actually not that at all! You choose between a wrap, bowl or salad and then choose what goes into it. This is all done at the register. After ordering, you're given a number and take a seat as you wait for them to bring you your food. I actually found this way less stressful than the chipotle serving style so I liked it! I ended up getting a brown rice bowl with chicken, lots of veggies & topped with their popular "mix 3" sauce consisting of: Tomato Basil, Spicy Guava & Garlic Cilantro. It was a delicious blend! Portion size is pretty good but also pretty pricey. Even if it's not like chipotle at all, I still compare the two are far as size in relation to price. Chipotle is a lot more bang for your buck where as here it's a good portion size but a little too pricey for my liking. I would say, make the most of your money if you eat here and opt for the choices you can't get elsewhere such as the vegan or vegan chicken. I would also take advantage of toppings as they are unlimited unless priced otherwise. If you're in the Pines area, give this place a shot! It'll probably be my new healthy go-to. read more

My wife had a vegan chicken bowl with avacado, other than forgot to put the vegan chicken on it, she liked it, except for the vegan sauce. The kitchen realized that they forgot the vegan chicken and ran it out before she took her first bite. I had a chicken bowl with quinoa, LTO, chick peas, avocado and cheddar cheese.it was very good. It is tucked between Mantra and Las Vegas Cuban with its bright green signage "DICED". Typical bowl place where you have a base, protein, vegetables, cheese & sauce. Food tasted fresh and the sauce is MONEY!! Super friendly staff! The place was clean and very inviting. Definitely one of the healthier alternatives in the area. A typical bowl runs you $8-$10 and any "extras" in your bowl is $2.55 a $3.65. Definitely appreciate the fact they use "green" and what looks be compostable bowls. Overall great place! read more
