Directed to the Just Salads location in Pembroke Pines by my friends who I joined for lunch. The front parking lot is limited but the overflow parking is in the Home Depot lot. Very nice covered patio but we chose to eat inside. This place is the new create your own salad concept or the optional premade. They advertise a Join The Movement by reusing a blue plastic bowl, I'm really not into the Save the Earth saga but pay $1 for the bowl to reuse, OK. But then you have to remember to bring your reuse bowl in to eat on your next visit for two additional free toppings - it will never happen. I chose the spinach salad with four toppings including the baby tomatoes and purple onions were a must have for me. Drizzled the creamy tzatziki dressing on top and they gave me an extra cup free. Most people think salads are not filling but the roughage and all the toppings made me totally full. The gender neutral bathroom was very contemporary with black tile flooring and light gray stone walls. Not too fond of the hands free blower unit but it gave it a further touch of modernization. read more

I ordered the Crispy Chicken Poblano consisting of mixed lettuce, chicken, pickled onions, corn, avocado, and crunchy noodles. Delicious!!!! My friend ordered the Thai crunchy chicken salad. She really enjoyed it. All fresh ingredients. The Resturant was clean and well maintained. The Resturant began to fill up quickly with a line to order and tables limited. They do have seating outside as well. Finished my salad and a wonderful employee came over and removed my tray and cleared the table which was very nice. No matter what you're in the mood for flavor wise, there are a ton of salads, bowls and wraps to choose from. They also have a lot of staff working. So even when there is a line, it moves by pretty quickly. You walk up, order your goodies, and then take the tray to a table. The restaurant inside is very clean and bright. This Just Salad location is right by Pembroke Lakes Mall in the plaza across the street on the corner of Hiatus and Pines Blvd. A little bit hidden but worth the find! This is my go-to spot for when I'm craving a salad, which admittedly isn't too often. They don't skimp on flavor and selections here and I love how I will always love to get my greens in here. They have salad options as well as some warm bowl picks to choose from! Served Chipotle-style where you can add as you go along the line, you can definitely customize your bowl the way you want it, even choosing to have the dressing on the side or tossed together. They have a lot of seasonal menu options which I love because it keeps it fresh but I happen to love some of the seasonal stuff so I'm sad when I see them leave. When you order your salad you can get the dressing on the side or mixed in, the dressing can be light, medium or heavy. Everything is prepared fresh to order and to your liking. I ordered their Buffalo Chicken Salad with crispy chicken and medium dressing. All to-go containers are made from recycled products and if you eat there they give you reusable plates that they wash. The other option I liked was that they sell reusable salad bowls that you can bring with you on every visits. The location has indoor and outdoor eating areas. We also tried the poppi soda in raspberry rose. I'm not a soda or seltzer person at all, but this one tasted great (definitely more raspberry than rose), was only 20 calories, and has a ton of health benefits.
