I wasn't sure what the problem was, but they figured it out almost immediately. The guitar tech (maybe Bob?) took it in the back room and fixed it in about ten minutes, maybe less! While he was doing that, one of the salesmen and I were talking about unrelated items (sound issues at concerts), and he was answering my dumb questions - in other words, he was keeping me entertained with small talk. I cannot speak highly enough of those people. I don't go to their store a lot because I don't need to buy a lot anymore. But every time I do, I have no trouble getting waited on by knowledgeable and friendly people.
