I reached out to several mobile mechanics through Yelp on Thursday evening, and Jim was the only one who responded initially. He was able to schedule us for Saturday afternoon, which was critical since we were supposed to head home that day. Another shop didn't have availability until Monday and the other high rated mobile mechanic was out of town. Because of storm-related commute issues earlier in the week, Jim ended up arriving around 4pm instead of noon. Totally understandable given the conditions. He worked outside in freezing weather and never complained once. Jim was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. He was great with my wife, my son, and even let our dogs jump on him and give him kisses. Despite the tough conditions, he got the job done and got us safely back on the road with a solid new CV axle so we could make it home as planned. I'd hire Jim again in a heartbeat. Long overdue review! After six months with no auto defects, I think I can give a proper review on…read morethe services received at A1! Long story short, I had a bumper which was damaged and required a replacement. However, I would find out that the auto repair that I went to before A1 was trying to have me have my car "totaled" as they deemed the damages too great to repair, despite it was only the bumper being damaged. Desperate to save my car, I ran around town looking for a repair shop willing to replace my bumper and not have my car totaled. I found Dena Greenlee with A1 and after listening to my story she told me to come by. She listened attently to the issues and had the repair technicians assessed my photos. A rough price was quoted and there was an arrangement to have my car picked up and towed over. Before Christmas (roughly 3 weeks in all), I got my car back! I can't say how thankful I am to A1! Having to go through a car accident is very traumatic, so do go through your insurance and coordinate with them about what are your best options. See if you can come by to have your vehicle serviced at A1 and hopefully have your car fixed!

He was VERY friendly and helpful, and it seemed that he was still in training. But no worries, because Eddie came to assist him and completed my MANY questions about the covers I was interested in. I finally settled on a leather-looking seat covers with tan imitation ostrich panels (side bolsters). Eddie was very thorough about my special order, and he made absolutely sure that the covers would fit BY CALLING the supplier/maker, mainly because these covers were VERY pricey. He told me that they would arrive in a couple of weeks. The covers came about 10 days or so later. Josh set up the appointment and I was on time with my limited production 2025 Toyota GR86 Hakone Edition, 1 of 860 produced in the United States. My car had tan stitching all over her black interior, and I wanted to make sure it would match. Owner Daryl and Eddie quickly and methodically installed the covers while I browsed next door at Sportsman's Warehouse. After about 45 minutes, I decided to go back to Motor Sheep and wait it out. Another 10 minutes go by, and Eddie returns from the back and informs me that my car was done. I go out and take a look at their work. My jaw dropped to the asphalt because (1) I COULD NOT believe how GREAT the covers looked, and (2) the tan panels PERFECTLY matched the tan stitching of the interior. Really, it was as though the car came stock from the factory looking like that !! I know these guys probably struggled to get them on, because the covers were on TIGHTLY, with no visible sags, looseness or flaws. From the time I initially walked in their shop doors, to me driving away sitting on my new covers, I was treated with respect, patience and professionalism. So if you want to protect your investment, and are looking to install some great-looking seat covers, I highly, HIGHLY, suggest you give Motor Sheep a try. (Note: When we bought our minivan 7 years ago, we got seat covers from them as well. They were located near the Meadowood Mall back then, and were treated with the same professionalism. My one regret with my last vehicle was not getting seat covers…read more.. So when we bought my new car the first thing we did was head to Motor Sheep and talk to them about seat covers. The employee was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, we ordered the covers, they took about 4 weeks to make (which was how long they estimated). Installation took about 2 hours and they did a fantastic job. The employee went above and beyond helping me with the kids car seats, taking them out and putting them back in nice and snug after the seat covers were installed. They even cleaned my seats before installing the seat covers like I'd asked them. Thank you!! Very happy with the fit. They are nice and tight! The digital estimate allowed me to approve or decline each individual problem online and we made an appointment for the following week to complete the repairs. Service was fast, friendly and efficient! As a woman I have often been on the receiving end of a condescending attitude but didn't get that at all from anyone at Sierra Pink! The staff was very patient with all of my questions and concerns. Final costs were as quoted minus the diagnostic charge which was applied to repairs. I need an additional service that I was made aware of that the Hyundia dealership probably wouldn't ever look at. I will be sure to return for that and my next oil change. The parking lot is teeny tiny because it's a dealership off a corner so most "spots" are taken, but if you call ahead, you shouldn't have an issue.
