I had a really good experience here. I called on a Thursday around 445ish, and got an appointment for drop off at 8 the next day. I needed oil change and spark plugs... also a new catalytic converter. Honestly great deal for a quick turn around. I need an additional service that I was made aware of that the Hyundia dealership probably wouldn't ever look at. I will be sure to return for that and my next oil change. The parking lot is teeny tiny because it's a dealership off a corner so most "spots" are taken, but if you call ahead, you shouldn't have an issue. After being laid off from my job over the summer, I had to part with my extra vehicle. I ended up finding a new job sooner rather than later. This created a need for an all wheel drive vehicle for winter travel. I scoured the ads on numerous websites for an AWD vehicle. I found a 2007 Subaru Outback that Sender Motors advertised on Marketplace. I made the decision to stop by to check out the car. Trent and Bill were awesome. I took the car for a test drive and I examined the car. No rips in the seats. The paint looked very good for a 17 year old vehicle. The purchase went smoothly. The best part of the experience with Sender Motors was when Bill helped bring my newly acquired Outback to my home in Fernley since it is a long shot to get a Uber from Fernley to Sparks. I ended up making sure Bill made it back to Sparks since he went out of the way to help me since it would be impossible to try and move two vehicles at once. I strongly recommend Sender Motors for purchasing an extra vehicle at an affordable price and it is great to know that they can perform certain repairs that the tire and lube shops could not do. Trent was unbelievably helpful. I was in the middle of a 3 week road trip and had an issue with my suspension on my SUV. It was a little issue but close to impossible to remedy by anyone due to it needing a specific part. Nobody in town had the part so Trent and Bill (the awesome smart mechanic) tried a few different things to get me down the road and on my way. I don't know of anyone that would have spent so much time and attention to help me in the way they did. The entire experience, from scheduling to getting back the keys, was fantastic. Trent was able to give me an appointment the same day of the request. Bill explained everything they were checking for and also showed me how to check for certain things (i.e. oil level and color) that I wasn't aware of. They helped me with everything I needed and provided recommendations for other shops to help with the services they don't provide (tires).
