    Lane #6
    Tremont T.

Americana at its finest.....Mom and Pop 8 lane wonder. Great place to hang out with friends and to appreciate an Ohio kinda of past time. Bring your "A" game if you are a bowler, these lanes will test your skill. Greg, Guy, and Luci always take great care of whoever walks in the door. Good lanes, good beer, cheap prices. Summer hours differ from Winter hours, when in doubt call before heading over.

    Another Monday at Dicky's.

I visited the W Sports Bar in September 2025 to watch the U.S. Open Women's Tennis final match. It…read morewas a packed afternoon but I managed to find a seat. My friend Mike later joined me to hangout. Vibrant and lively sports bar showing women's and men's sport games on several TV's. I gave a 3-star rating because I was disappointed that upon my arrival, the only TV in the main area playing the women's tennis final match at the U.S. Open did not have the volume playing. The volume was on full blast over a speaker for a men's football match. Showing men's sports was fine with me but as a women's sports bar, they could have at least tried to get sound for the women's tennis final match. I asked a waiter about putting the tennis match volume on the main speaker so that we can hear the match but she said that the other TV's are the only ones that play sound. FOOD -- There is lots to choose from appetizers, sandwiches, salads, pizzas, and flatbreads. I ordered the pepperoni flatbread which tasted delicious. It was small and cost $15 which is a bit high. TV's -- There are about 8 TV's stationed throughout the bar. I sat at a small table at the entrance and watched the Women's U.S. Open tennis match from the 1 TV that was showing the match. I was excited to watch the match but there was no sound. The only sound playing was for a football game going on. This was surprising because the bar is a women's sports bar so one would expect women's sports to be highlighted on the sound system. LOCATION -- On Detroit Ave. next to the Welleon apartments. SERVICE -- Good and standard. I was greeted upon walking into the bar and then a waiter came to my table to hand me a menu. If you don't drink alcohol like myself, you can still have fun here by watching sports and ordering some food. I may be back if I know that I can watch a women's sports game here and actually hear the game. Hopefully they have fixed their TV sound issue. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 22/250 total reviews in 2026 - 863 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 13 April 2026

It's a cute little place right near the lake with white brick walls, a casual atmosphere, and phenomenal service. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and sat right away. Our waitress truly went above and beyond for us, making our visit feel extra special!! Everything is so fresh here--they even make their own pretzels and sandwich bread from scratch! We shared a Soft Pretzel served with house-made brown butter cream cheese which was absolutely delicious. For mains, I got the Cheese Steak Dip and my husband got the Surf & Turf. Highly recommend checking them out!

Sandwich was good, but a little heavy on the lettuce. We also got the chicken skins with ranch, which of course are the best part of fried chicken. Very good, but we need to go later on dusting next time. We also got a brown sugar rice crispy treat which we got one to split and then we ended up getting a second one because it was so good. After looking over the menu, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of both vegan and non-vegan options available. In fact, if you ask, they have a separate vegan menu with tons of choices, making it easy for everyone in our group to find something appealing. The atmosphere has that classic small-town neighborhood bar feel--casual, comfortable, and full of local charm. The service was friendly, attentive, and quick, which made the experience even better. We ordered the vegan pierogi dinner and the meatloaf dinner. The vegan cheese in the pierogies wasn't our favorite, but the dish was still very flavorful and enjoyable overall. The meatloaf dinner was a generous portion and absolutely excellent--comfort food done right. Between the welcoming atmosphere, diverse menu, and great service, The Rowley Inn was a delightful find. Whether you're visiting the Christmas Story House or just looking for a great local spot, it's definitely worth a stop. We'd happily visit again!

They have a large menu of various pierogies and kielbasas, as well as traditional pub fare. They also have a great beer menu of the core basics and well as Cleveland/Ohio craft selections. A place called Characters Bar & Grill kept coming up. So here's how things went! Atmosphere/Appearance: This place is like... at the EDGE of Cleveland's city limits. Lol. Brookpark Road or something. Once I pulled up it just felt like a nice, neighborhood spot! It does have a private parking lot, big outdoor section (where we sat) and plenty of space on the inside. It's a traditional setup. TVs everywhere, random swag and decor all throughout, plenty of high-top tables for seating and a big bar rail. The energy was lively and the music was so random. Lol. If you've been, you know what I mean. Service: I can't remember the name of who took care of us, but she was funny, sweet and just made sure we had everything that we needed. Food: While here I was able to try a few wings, so let's begin. First up were the Mike's Sweet Island Heat. For the record, if you order 10 wings, you can split them into 2-5s for an extra $1.00 if you want separate flavors. Also, on the menu there are 3 "types" of sauces that they offer. The first kind are Buffalo based sauces, the 2nd are barbecue based sauces and the last is "other". Lol. Anyway, these looked amazing, were super saucy and were a decent, seemingly normal size. I got lots of good fruity notes and aromatics as I put the wing to my nose. After tasting the flavors carried through with a bold, fruity, rich flavor. There was good spice and it felt like a chipotle based spice. It was a unique flavor for sure that I hadn't tasted before. Next up was Lenny's Honey Sriracha Teriyaki which is a mouthful of a name, but the flavors showed up! It was a good teriyaki base with citrusy lemon flavors that actually made my lips pucker just a bit. These weren't spicy at all, but it was missing something, I couldn't quite put my finger on it. Next up was Chipotle which I was lead to believe would be the hottest sauce on the menu based on it's placement on the menu, but I was wrong. This one did have some GOOD heat to it. The ingredients were balanced very well that created very bold, rich, hearty, chipotle flavors. I really liked this one. Next up were the Mild Buffalo. These were super saucy, juicy and had a very straightforward traditional Buffalo flavor that had some excellent flavor. The bleu cheese to go with these was a creamy, mild sauce that would cool your mouth down if you can't handle the spice. Next up was the XXX Buffalo which is actually the hottest sauce on the menu. The sauce was a bit watery which is a dead giveaway that it wouldn't be as spicy as it claims to be. It was still delicious, but the spice took a while to kick in, but it's nothing to write home about. It was like a kicked up Buffalo. Value: It's a sports bar, so the food won't be terrible expensive. I was there on Wednesday and wings were $1.00 each. Not bad at all considering how expensive I've see some. They even had $5.00 steaks this night, but I can only imagine them being a Salisbury steak or something. Lol. In conclusion, I had a blast here. The food was great, the people are awesome, I felt welcomed and it just felt like a good place to hang out! I look forward to returning and trying some more flavors!
