Sooo was originally gonna write a bad review if the food was not good, but since it was delicious then I wasn't too mad about how long it took to order. There was a group in front of us when we arrived, maybe 5-6 orders because each one needed to order and pay separately. The Asian lady with short spike hair behind the counter was very slow working the register. I don't know but guessing she didn't know how to use it. By the time we got up there, another Asian lady took over which I assumed was the manager or owner of the location. We stood in line for about 35 mins before we could order. My order was wrong even though it was verbally confirmed. It was okay since I didn't pay for it. I wanted cornbread and she put down 2 Macs for my sides instead of one. She was nice enough to deliver our food to the table and tell me she thought I wanted cornbread. She ended up bringing it out anyway even though it wasn't on my receipt. The food: it was delicious! I got chicken, ribs and brisket. Everything was so tender. The ribs fell off the bone and had really good flavor. The brisket fell apart as you cut/ picked it off. Not too fatty, just enough. I especially liked there was no excessive "smoke" taste to the meats. We got the spicy bbq sauce and it was so good. Chicken was also tender but I liked the other two so much more. Cornbread was sweet and not too sweet, was moist too. I would get it again but maybe next time order online to pick up and eat in the restaurant. read more

Went to dickeys a couple days back and paid with card. A unfortunate mistake happened with there terminal with my transaction still going through a couple days later. Anyways I ended up paying with cash to still get my food that has already been paid for and when I went in couple days later and both transactions are seen in their system they basically told me I would have to go through my bank since they can't see my debit transaction. read more

This evening we went to have a good time and do some karaoke with our little girls age two, didn't have a sign or anything indicating it wasn't for children we go to the voodoo Cove which is highly better And let the baby's sing. Anyways there wasn't a sign saying to kids. The ladies there were extremely rude to the kids Saying "the candy isn't for children" " if they come back I'm never coming back" saing it to a guy who obviously didnt care the babies were there. The servers were rude and the sofa was flat first time coming don't even make it to the food. Verified order by my first name. 10 Minutes later an old female (rude) demanded my last name. I told her and she said what? what? The worst part of our meal here was my wife finding a huge piece of plastic type wrapping in her pulled pork partway through eating it. That was gross!! The pork was also dry and tasteless. The Mac and cheese was cold and tasteless. The beans were cold and tasted like out of a can. We thought we would try Dickey's as we enjoy good bbq, but this place isn't worthy of one star. We just bought a condo across the way behind Dickeys. I thought let's give it a shot bc I make a mean bbq brisket, ribs, mixed greens & Mac n cheeseand sauce and cornbread. My meal was $17.99 I received 2 slices of brisket and 3 Riblets. The gentleman put them on the tray and it sat there for about 10 minutes bc the girl said the Mac n cheese wasn't quite ready. As I waited she finally pulls a small pan 1/4 ways fill and puts a scoop probably a #8 into a tiny container as well as the greens which had no flavor. I asked for a corn bread and butter. I sat down to eat my food, it wasn't hot, the corn muffin was out of fridge as well as my bbq sauce which tasted like it was from a bottle. The sliced white bread with hardly any butter was not even toasted. The 2 pints we got she filled like 3 inches from the rim. We asked vcan you please fill it to the top? She said ok only this time I can't do it again! Duh we hadn't even took a drink yet we paid for a pint not 3/4 of a pint. I was totally disappointed and not to mention a few hours later my stomach was funky and I had to take immodium. The temp of food was not near what it should be on the steam table or the hot box for meat.I know bc I'm a caterer of 42 years and retired from school district cafeteria. Went there for the first time this weekend. Kinda disappointed. My hubby has the pulled pork sandwich and it was dry with no flavor. Had to put bbq sauce on it to make any good. I had the giant potato and it was tough and overdone. Spent $35 for us to eat and probably won't be going back any time soon. Lady was there ordering ribs to go and had to ask them for better ribs cause what they were giving her were dry and did not look good. Staff was friendly though Sucks. While visiting my dad in Bullhead, we had a chance to pick up some barbecue..... we got two racks of beef, ribs, 10 chicken wings, potato salad, a small mac & cheese and coleslaw!!!! The ribs were fall off the bone delicious and don't forget to get the spicy barbecue sauce with it!!!! The chicken wings were OK.... I prefer mine with a crispy skin but the flavor was good!!! my dad my husband could not stop raving about the potato salad (they are the aficionado's on this because I don't usually eat it) I had a bite it and it tasted good but I prefer the coleslaw and it was awesome!!!! For me. The mac & cheese was just OK. It's really hard to get a lot of flavor out of mac & cheese. (unless you make it yourself.) the staff was super friendly and very efficient. We did not have to wait a long time for all this food.!!! we did not stay inside to eat, but it appeared to be clean and cozy ambience!!!! I LOVE this Dickey's!! The best one by far of all the Dickey's I've ever experienced. I come through Bullhead twice a month and make a point of stopping here. The team is so customer-focused. They *genuinely* care about the quality of what they serve. Never a corner cut, never a detail forgotten, never a dried out bit of meat trying to pass as edible (looking at you Phx locations...). It's like "being taken care of by mom" when I visit. I love these ladies and the fresh food. I wish all Dickey's were this way. read more

Texas toast - yum, Sweet BBQ sauce - good, Cabbage slaw - yum, Mac & Cheese - good, Spicy BBQ sauce - yum. Hats off and kudos to the guy working behind the counter. Sandwich was pretty good. However, I ordered a brisket sandwich and a small drink. Was like $14. Sat down to eat. Started reading the stuff on the walls. As I don't immediately start reading everything on the walls before I order. What I read keeps bd of pissed me off. They had a special combo. "Brisket sandwich, large drink and a large order of fries" for about .50 less than I paid for my brisket sandwich and small drink. It's overpriced. The people are very nice I can tell you, but the brisket is so fatty. The chicken is totally dry. The sides are tiny. I asked for a to go container and they gave me this tiny little thing and for the sides I had no lids so I had to shove them in this tiny container one on top of the other and it made a mess. Then at the end, they offer me a little bit of ice cream and I thought it was a gift but on the window it says when you order this big $21 platter you get free ice cream so nothing was a gift it came with the meal. I'm not sure that I will ever go back. The value was not there at all totally outrageous and the Texas toast was not real Texas toast. It was not even toasted. Went there last night and took some friends. I ordered a loaded, baked potato with brisket. The potato was not fresh. It was cold inside and there was not much brisket on top. I was so disappointed because I had gone to a friends potluck and they served dickies meat. Their price for that loaded baked potato and one drink was $19.20, which was a bit much for a cold nasty old baked potato. The people were very friendly which we enjoyed, but the food should be warm and fresh. read more
