When we found out our hotel had a CJ, we jumped on the opportunity to dine here since the ones in our area closed down. First off, our waitress was pretty cool and very spunky. I wish I got her name because she was super helpful and seemed to sense when we needed her, because she would always pop up to assist. During our visit, we ordered the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, chicken tenders and fries, and the black tie chicken pasta. All the food was a huge portion, and we got full pretty fast, so we had to pack the food to go. Everything had a great taste and great quality, which was a plus. Since the restaurant is located in the Golden Nugget casino, it can get a bit loud with all the people playing the slots and table games. Plus, they have big screens throughout the restaurant to watch your favorite team play. Claim Jumper in Laughlin was amazing! It always makes me a little sad that there are so few Claim Jumper locations left because they never disappoint. From the moment we walked in, the service was fast, friendly, and welcoming. Our server was amazing and I wish I remembered his name but he sure was attentive, personable, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. They checked on us throughout the meal and provided excellent service from start to finish. The food came out quickly, was hot, and tasted great. They even brought out complimentary cheese bread at the beginning of the meal, and it was absolutely delicious. It's little touches like that, combined with the quality of the food and outstanding service, that make Claim Jumper stand out. Everything was exactly what we hoped for, and the entire experience reminded us why we always enjoy eating at Claim Jumper. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Laughlin. We decided to have claim jumper for an early dinner while we were out in Laughlin I thought it was very pretty all of the greenery and plants in there made it very nice. We got there about 5 PM and the young lady was very friendly and sat us down pretty quickly. The restaurant was not busy at all. Our waitress was awesome very friendly very helpful superfast service. Went to Claim Jumper inside the Golden Nugget around 1pm today. Honestly, not the best first impression. There was no one at the front to greet us, and no one came out right away to seat us. I actually had to go grab a waitress just to get someone to seat us. At that point, I was close to just walking out. Thankfully, once we got seated, things picked up. Our waiter came by pretty quickly and brought out warm bread (which was so good -- soft, fresh, and just heavenly). I do wish they didn't make you ask for butter, though. We ordered the shrimp pasta, the country fried steak, and a breakfast special, plus I had a side salad. Everything was seriously delicious -- we cleaned our plates. That ranch dressing on the salad? One of the best I've had in a long time. All in all, the food was excellent, but the front-of-house service needs work. If they could fix that part, this place would be a solid win. read more

Zero complaints here! I split the pasta with my partner and it was perfect portions to split. The flavor was simple yet refreshing. Chicken was cooked perfectly on it. I will be getting this again! We stayed the Golden Nugget and this restaurant is in the hotel. I tried their breakfast special which included 2 eggs, 2 pancakes and either bacon, sausage or ham. It was $10. I got 2 eggs easy over, the 2 pancakes and ham. I thought the pancakes were good not great. The ham was ok not great. The whites on the eggs were runny. I talked to the manager and was told to avoid runny whites on eggs you have to order them over-hard. Never heard of this. In conclusion I would not recommend ordering you eggs over easy unless you like runny whites. read more

Split the widow maker burger with fries and onions rings and a side garden salad. Plenty of food. On your right as you walk into the casino, very open space and clear view of the kitchen. This was honestly the worst Claim Jumper I've been to. Really disappointing. Our server on the other hand was super amazing. (I think his name was Paul). Very attentive and checked in with us often. It's inside the casino and a little different setup than most CJ's I've been to. More like an express. Nice view of the fountain and foliage. I asked for French onion soup with bread on the side (in their case, croutons). Someone else dropped off my soup and forgot the croutons. Our server came by and noticed it was missing and immediately brought me some. The soup was basic. I didn't expect much but it didn't seem like real cheese on top. Disappointing. My husband had the French dip. Fries were hot and crispy. Au jus was basic. The meat was blah. Chain restaurants should be consistent, and this one wasn't. Bummer. read more

This restaurant does not accept orders from third party vendors. When I place my orders for pick up it indicated Grubhub was taking the order. I arrived to pick up and was told there was no order for me. I called the phone number for issues with orders. The person was difficult to understand and eventually said they would cancel the order and refund my money. I'm not sure that will happen. The Hostess was made aware of the situation and another employee cane over. They said they would take care of me at no cost. The Hostess said this was not the first timeit's happened to a customer. Picked here to eat to get a 25 dollar birthday redemption...little did we know that when you pause this, you only have 45 days to redeem. Five stars alone goes to the Manager who still granted our very expired Birthday dinner credit. Stopped by Claim Jumpers inside the Golden Nugget Casino. Ambiance is nice, restaurant is near the indoor waterfall. Everyone was nice and friendly, especially our server Brianda. Shes a sweetheart. Claim Jumper is located inside the Golden Nugget Casino in Laughlin Nevada. When you enter through the front entrance, you pass by an indoor serene tropical garden with a beautiful waterfall. After you pass the nice view, make a left & you will find Claim Jumper. I stayed in Laughlin for the weekend & was looking for a place to have breakfast/brunch. When our 1st choice was a fail, we decided to head to The Golden Nugget. By chance we opted for Claim Jumper. It was a great choice for 4 adults & a 5 year old. They offer an American Menu serving Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. It was around 1230pm on a Sunday & we were able to get seated right away. Multiple families were dining here. Our waitress informed us of large portions, & she wasn't kidding. We knew that we all wanted to share, so we ordered 3 different Breakfast items & the little one got a kids plate. Everything was yummy & perfect for the 4 adults to share. We devoured everything & had plenty of leftover bread from the toast & French Toast. Glad we ate here, as we don't have as many Claim Jumper Restaurants around in CA anymore. Our waitress was great & our food came out in good time. Located inside the Golden Nugget Casino this is as advertised. It's "Comfort Food" at a reasonable price. It was not very full but had to wait for a table due to staffing we were told. It was worth it! The service in spite of that was amazing! Sadly I didn't get the young gals name that waited on us but she was wonderful. Fast, efficient and beyond friendly. I had a caesar salad to start and it was fresh and a decent size for $$. I also had their "special" and very good. The hamburgers are very, very big! Another great dinner on a Wednesday night. Perry is a professional server, which I highly recommend. He is well informed and makes great recommendations on food and wine. We came to laughlin for a day trip. I use to eat at claim jumper all the time when I'd visit laughlin. We were seated right away. It wasn't super busy but there was a decent amount of people there. Our food arrived promptly. My omlet had a hair in it which about made me lose my appetite. My husband's burger tasted like it came off a super old/old greasy grill. You could taste the old grease. My hashbrowns had a similar taste. The biscuits and gravy were decent but not the greatest. It wasn't the way I had remembered it. (I haven't been here since before covid) our waitress was great. The view of the waterfall was nice. I also noticed they really increased their prices. I get it they have to keep up with inflation too, I just feel the quality of food is not worth what they are asking now. Last minute decision on dinner. Had 8 in our party. The staff were friendly and the server was helpful. Got the tables pushed together, drinks ordered and menu studied. I ordered a vodka on the rocks and the fish and chips. Overall it was pretty good. My only issue is with the menu pricing. Items like bbq ribs for $32? Kinda steep even in today's economy. I'm giving the restaurant a 4* even though if I would to rate the spaghetti I ordered, it would be a 2*. With that said, there were 4 of us for dinner and the other 3 loved their dishes. The restaurant was very nice and the service was excellent. The cobb salad a friend ordered looked delicious. I wish I had ordered that. We ordered two plates of salmon and a chicken dish and they were both excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive. Very disappointed to see the kids meals were $5.99 May 2025 and jumped to $9.99 in June 2025. Our last attempt we ordered two cheeseburgers dry well done. With onion rings. We got two hamburgers no cheese and 2 1/2 onion rings each. Mind you that doesn't include a drink. I'm also disappointed they took off the BBQ chicken salad off the menu. If you don't want raw hamburger then order well done its still pink inside. I can recommend tge zucchini. We now usually order out because the last two visits we had pretty bad service. read more

Came here for a breakfast the morning after we won a few hundreds at the casino. Inside the Golden Nugget, next to the beautiful atrium. Ask for a booth close to the waterfalls in the atrium, it's a beautiful view. The service was on point. The strength of the coffee was just what i needed. I ordered the past two days to go. The first day I ordered the fish and chips. The fish was ok but had too much breading and the chips were slightly undercooked. The second day I ordered the pizza and it was ok except they didn't add the mushrooms which I ordered and the sausage was just crumbled just bad .
