We were in town visiting family and not many places were open on July 4. Thank goodness for Dickey's. They opened at 11 and were already hopping with lots of to go and catering orders. The staff were all very friendly even though they were extremely busy making those to go/catering orders. All the ladies were very nice and apologized for the wait, which really wasn't a long wait. We had a large party, 7 of us. They took all our orders. All the food was fresh made. Everyone enjoyed everything we ordered. No complaints only compliments. I loved their fried okra. Excellent batter and perfectly crispy. Delicious! Excellent food and lots of protein options like turkey, chicken, sausage, ribs, brisket. And many sides to choose from as well. Oh and for dessert, the peach cobbler was very good. Don't forget their sweet tea, very refreshing. I will definitely keep them in mind for any catering needs. read more

Nothing honestly stood out. But how are you going to ask for extra and never get it. We literally had 4 different orders and got 2 bbq sauces that's it like ok we sharing. Then to go back and ask for extra and you get two extras and they are rude as ever. I get prices are on the rise also but they are getting more expensive and cheaper on portions. What can I say besides amazing?! Wonderful service, nice restaurant and food that is out of this world!! The tenderest turkey I've ever had in my life. I've had a brisket salad, chicken over potato casserole, 3-meat plate, and the brisket Mac n cheese. All were great! Dickey's is my new favorite place to go. read more

We really love Dickey's. Yes, sometimes they might be out of meat, but very rarely, and only late at night. Service is always great, and the staff is friendly. Orders are always accurate, and timely. The ribs are always my favorite - fall-off-the-bone, and very tender. read more

I gave it a 1 star because I couldn't give any less. The food is not that great but it's the only bbq place open at night. The sever was terrible. The employees are the rudest I've ever seen. Yes we came in at 8:30 and no one else was there so the staff was cleaning. I understand that. We sat down to eat and everything was fine. All but 1 of my party was done eating, then the lights in the section we was in started blinking on and off. Then they stayed off. I am beyond mad. Enjoyed the pulled pork and cheese stuffed kielbasa accompanied by onions and pickles. I added several sides mac-n-cheese, asiago cheese creamed spinach, potato casserole and fried okra; OMG, the fried okra was delicious, the others just ok. Almost never go here, food is terribly over priced, almost never have items on the menu. Much better places for BBQ around the area.

They serve great smoked barbeque . The ribs are very tender and I love the ham. Great choice of sides. Potato and onion tanglers are my favorite. The service is always friendly and efficient. One of the cleanest restaurants I have been in. The free ice cream is really a good way to finish the meal. read more

One of the better places to eat in this town! Lots of different meat options. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had the Beef and Cheese Baker, which is bbq beef in a baked potato. Staff very friendly. Food is good. Service is slow, you have to wait in line for ever, because they cut everything as you order. It is worth the wait. read more
