so our senior class was going to get something from pizza hut so we got in line and I was the first one at the window and order some chicken wing and a drink and the person at the window said it will be 10min well after like 30 ish min waiting at the window I was so mad I was fixing to leave because our class was getting upset on how long they took waiting in line but luck and finally I got my food and it took another 20min for the student behind me to get there food even when he order it ahead . This Pizza Hut takes forever and i was upset it was wasting our time to be together for our night to spend time . So if y'all are thinking about getting something from Pizza Hut at 10:00 pm don't do it order 30min earlier. They should be faster with other helpers in the restaurant. read more

Okay peeps.. is it just me??? Used my Pizza Hut app to place an online order. I have an online coupon. I couldn't make the coupon work so I called Pizza Hut. I was immediately transferred to an out of country call center who couldn't help me so they transferred me to the local Levelland store. I was told I couldn't use this coupon (which I picked up at the local PH) because it is for online only. I understand that! We are NOT having pizza for dinner tonight and may not go back there! HOWEVER, we were sitting there for 15 minutes, they still haven't given us our drinks and they seated people after us and given them THEIR drinks before us!! They weren't even busy! Normally we love Pizza Hut here in Levelland, if there is ever an issue it has been because they were swamped and were having trouble getting orders out in a timely manner, but the pizzas were still very good. Today we ordered a sausage pizza and to say that we were disappointed is an understatement! We ordered extra sausage on a large pizza and there was barely enough to fill a small pizza. The pizza literally had no flavor. It was way overpriced for what we ordered had it been good, the pizza we got would have been overpriced even at 1/10th the price. From now on I think we will just go buy a $3 pizza in the frozen section at the grocery store. read more

Wish I could give no stars. Twice in two weeks we have had the wrong order or incomplete order delivered to our house. The last time it took over twenty minutes to get in touch with someone at the store. When calling the number we were sent to a call center and all they would do is try and call the store. Each time we were sent back to the call center. When I ask to speak to a manger or supervisor at the call center, I was told I couldn't speak to anyone but the store. By the time we received our food it was cold. We did finally speak to the store manager and were given a partial credit on our order, but the overall experience was a complete joke. read more

We ordered 2 pizzas & bread sticks for pickup. After we got home. My wife found hair on the crust. I got the receipt and the pizza and went back to Pizza Hut. I walked in and asked for a manager. When the manager came to meet me told him "I don't like hair on my pizza". He said "show me". I picked up the slice to show him. He asked to see it. Pizza is same ol pizza as any other pizza hut. The restaurant is fairly clean, an updated modern sports bar theme, and plenty of room. But what gives this 2 stars is the service. The wait staff inside is polite, when they ever come around. Drink slow and make it last, cause you won't be getting a refill soon. The delivery and pick up window are slow too. Called in an order, came to pick it up 25 min later, and still had to wait like 20 more min. They were so confused about it, they even forgot to get my payment, so I guess they get 1 star for that. Unfortunately, if want to dine in, and have a beer with your pizza, this is your only option. At least until Dominos gets their act together. read more
