I have been a loyal customer of Dick's for many years. Recently, because I was not able to get in for service, I took my car to another auto shop. I was told my engine was not running right - in fact that the head was cracked and repair would be at least 2,000 to maybe $7,000 to fix. I had diagnostic tests done, which I immediately took to Dick's, as I did not trust this other shop. Thankfully, Dick said that there was nothing wrong with my engine, only a bad spark plug, which would cost only $200 to replace. I cannot say how happy and grateful I was to this honest and trustworthy man. To think, that I almost spent a small fortune on fixing my car, when there was really nothing wrong.
