Gina at Southpoint was available as soon as we walked in, and her sunny personality put him instantly at ease. She got him on the foot scan, listened to his wish list and brought out a few different pairs that fit the bill. They didn't have the color he wanted in stock, but she gave us all the info we needed to order them online - a happy convenience as they'll be shipped directly to his house. James (Store Manager) and his team always pull out the red carpet when customers are in need. They always ask if you can be helped and they do an awesome job telling you about the stores promotions. They have a HUGE selection of Patagonia goods as well as camping/living essentials like Yeti tumblers. I found the better sweater in the color I'd been eyeing for a while and was able to get it! All the brands that I saw are QUALITY stuff- brands that stand behind their goods when life happens.
