I have been a boarder at River Ridge Farm for the last seven years. My horses have all had the very…read morebest of care. The feed and hay is always top-notch and the horses are carefully monitored with regard to weight, not too lean, not too heavy. Supplements and meds are given per request, without question. Turnout is daily, with careful consideration of inclement weather. All fencing is safe. Horses are closely observed in case of illness. There is a stall that has a video cam for 24 hour monitoring of horses if need arises. Stalls are large and airy, cleaned daily and well-bedded. There is a large indoor arena and 10 miles of state park riding trails across the road. I have never had an issue with anything in seven years. This is as close to perfect as it gets!

I received an email stating the shoes were delivered and ready for pickup on December 30, 2025, at this exact location. When I arrived on the 30th, the customer service was unacceptable. Both employees showed zero energy or interest in helping. Instead of working toward a solution, they immediately began making excuses: "Maybe it was sent to the wrong store," "Maybe you misunderstood the pickup address," "Maybe they marked it dropped but didn't -- it happens all the time." This continued until I showed them the email clearly displaying the correct store address. Even then, there was no urgency, accountability, or effort to resolve the issue. I was told to contact customer service but was not given a phone number, only encouraged to "Google it." During this interaction, the employee was casually holding a conversation with a security guard, wrote down my name and order number, did not ask for any contact information, and ended with "call online" and "have a nice day." I returned on January 3rd and spoke with the manager, expecting a resolution. None was provided. I had to ask what my options even were--such as whether a replacement pair could be ordered or expedited due to the circumstances. He immediately said no without checking if that was even an option. The only alternative offered was a refund, which I was told would take five business days. I did receive an additional $100 gift card, but I will never use it at this location. I wouldn't shop here again--I'd go to Walmart before stepping foot in this store.
